大学生压力应对人格的内隐词汇观研究

【摘要】: 本研究以特质论和内隐词汇学假设为基础,以本土化的研究为基本方向,以中国人人格形容词库其形容词量表为基本工具,对中国文化背景中所积累的关于压力应对人格特点的进行分析,以发现压力应对人格的结构特点。 本研究采用问卷调查法,首先选出与压力应对人格关系紧密相关的词,然后采用探索性因素分析初步构建大学生压力应对人格的结构,并对该结构进行信、效度分析,而后采用相关分析和多元回归分析探讨大学生压力应对人格与心理健康的相互关系,最后对人口学变量进行差异性分析。 对主要取自华中地区高校的1453名被试的研究结果表明: 1.基于中国大学生样本的压力应对人格为五因素结构,分别是意志与执行力、才识与应变、品格与爱心、交往与沟通、情绪控制。 2.本研究编制的“大学生压力应对人格形容词问卷”具有较好的信效度,可以作为测量大学生压力应对人格的工具。 3.大学生压力应对人格与个人身心不良症状呈显著负相关;多元回归分析表明,大学生压力应对人格有明显的预测力。 4.在大学生在压力应对人格上,学校、独生子女、性别、家庭来源、专业和年级等人口学变量在总体上或部分因子中存在显著差异。 此研究将为后续理论和实证研究打下基础。本研究得出的压力应对人格的结构将为今后获得高效度的测量工具,为个体应对压力的方式和策略提供有力支撑,并为心理咨询和心理健康工作者提供有效的启示。
[Abstract]:On the basis of trait theory and implicit lexicology hypothesis, this study takes the localization as the basic direction and the adjective scale of Chinese personality adjective library as the basic tool. This paper analyzes the characteristics of stress coping personality accumulated in Chinese cultural background in order to find out the structural characteristics of stress coping personality. In this study, a questionnaire survey was used to select the words closely related to the personality of stress coping, and then the exploratory factor analysis was used to construct the structure of stress coping personality of college students, and the reliability and validity of the structure were analyzed. Then the correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to explore the relationship between stress coping personality and mental health of college students. Finally, the demographic variables were analyzed differently. The results of the study on 1453 subjects mainly from universities in central China show that: 1. The stress coping personality based on the sample of Chinese college students is composed of five factors, namely will and executive ability, talent and strain, character and love, communication and communication, emotion control. 2. The "adjective questionnaire of University students' stress coping Personality" has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a tool to measure college students' stress coping personality. College students' stress coping personality was significantly negatively correlated with individual physical and mental ill symptoms, and multiple regression analysis showed that college students' stress coping personality had significant predictive power. 4. The demographic variables of college students such as school, only child, sex, family origin, specialty and grade have significant differences in overall or partial factors. This study will lay a foundation for further theoretical and empirical research. The structure of stress coping personality obtained in this study will provide effective measurement tools for the future, provide strong support for individual coping styles and strategies, and provide effective inspiration for psychological counseling and mental health workers.
