社会转型期教育的阻隔、倾斜与缺失——基于城乡“二元”结构体制的视角

【摘要】：教育公平首先体现在教育起点的平等上,即受教育机会的平等,对教育资源占有的平等。然而中国深受城乡“二元”经济结构影响,城乡分割,教育对象严格限定,教育资源向城市严重倾斜,造成城乡教育机会不均、教育环境反差很大,出现了社会转型期教育的隔离、倾斜与失衡。
[Abstract]:The equity of education is first reflected in the equality of the starting point of education, that is, the equality of opportunity to receive education and the equality of possession of educational resources. However, China is deeply influenced by the "dual" economic structure of urban and rural areas, the division of urban and rural areas, the strict restriction of educational objects, and the serious inclination of educational resources towards the cities, which results in uneven educational opportunities between urban and rural areas and a great contrast in the educational environment. There appeared the segregation, inclination and imbalance of education in the period of social transformation.
