【摘要】:随着东盟贸易区的发展,中国与东盟各国之间的国际教育交流逐步频繁,来华留学的人数逐年增加。广西有着优越的地理位置,成为东盟学生来华留学的主要阵地。来桂留学的人数不断增加,留学的层次也逐步加深,由最开始的短期语言生到本科、硕士以及博士。目前广西的国际教育呈现出良好的发展前景,但与之而来的教育服务质量问题也逐渐成为社会关注的焦点。教育服务质量尤其是高层次的教育服务质量很大程度上影响广西对东盟硕士留学生的吸引力,而科学评价东盟硕士留学生的教育服务质量则是高层次留学生教育服务质量的重要保障。为了更好地促进东盟硕士留学生教育事业的发展,本文从东盟硕士留学生的角度出发,以学生为评价主体,构建一套适合东盟硕士留学生教育服务质量评价体系。本篇论文共由五章构成,第一章为绪论,介绍了当前广西东盟硕士留学生教育的背景、研究意义,并且对国内外相关文献进行了评述,进而发现当下研究的不足之处,提出需要进一步发展与提升的空间。第二章为相关概念与理论基础介绍。对东盟硕士留学生的界定、明确教育服务质量的含义,对全面质量管理理论、服务质量评价方法进行了主要介绍。第三章为广西高校东盟硕士留学生教育服务质量评价现状,指出当下广西高校东盟硕士留学生教育服务质量评价存在的问题以及针对这些问题的原进行分析。第四章为广西高校东盟硕士留学生教育服务质量评价体系的构建,主要是从东盟硕士留学生的角度创建评价指标,并对广西大学东盟硕士留学生教育服务质量进行模拟评价。第五章为广西高校东盟硕士留学生教育服务质量评价体系实施的建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of the ASEAN trade area, the international educational exchange between China and the ASEAN countries is becoming more frequent, and the number of students coming to China has increased year by year. Guangxi has a superior geographical position and has become the main position of the ASEAN students to study in China. The number of students studying in laurel has been increasing, and the level of studying abroad has gradually deepened, from the beginning of the short-term language to undergraduate, master and doctor. At present, the international education in Guangxi has shown good prospects for development, but the problem of education service quality has gradually become the focus of social concern. The quality of education service, especially the high level of education service quality, has great influence on the attraction of Guangxi to ASEAN students. Scientific evaluation of the quality of education service of ASEAN students is an important guarantee for the quality of international student education. In order to better promote the development of ASEAN's master's and overseas students' education, this paper, from the perspective of ASEAN's masters and students, takes student as the main body of evaluation, and constructs a set of evaluation system suitable for ASEAN's international student education service quality. This thesis consists of five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, introduces the background and significance on the current Guangxi ASEAN foreign student's education, and the related literature at home and abroad were reviewed, and then find the shortcomings of current research, put forward the further development and promotion space. The second chapter is the introduction of the related concepts and theoretical basis. The definition of the ASEAN Students and the meaning of the quality of the education service are clarifying, and the overall quality management theory and the quality of service evaluation methods are mainly introduced. The third chapter is the evaluation of the quality of ASEAN's master's and international students' education service in Guangxi. It points out the existing problems in the quality evaluation of ASEAN's master's and international students' education service in Guangxi, and analyzes the original problems. The fourth chapter is the construction of the quality evaluation system of ASEAN's master's and international students' education service in Guangxi's universities, mainly from the perspective of ASEAN's masters and international students, and establishes the evaluation index, and simulates and appraise the quality of ASEAN's master's and international students' education service in Guangxi University. The fifth chapter is the suggestion for the implementation of the evaluation system of the quality of the education service of the ASEAN Students in Guangxi University.
