教学研究型高校核心竞争力评估体系研究

【摘要】:近年来高等学校之间的竞争日益加剧,随着学者们对高等学校研究的不断深入,很多学者将企业管理中的“核心竞争力”概念延伸到高等教育的评价工作中,它已成为高等教育研究中新的研究领域和方向。本文力求通过对高校核心竞争力理论和教育理论及方法的研究,为高等学校核心竞争力的研究带来新的思路,并提出新的高校核心竞争力评价体系。目前,我国对高校核心竞争力的研究主要集中在内涵、构成要素、特征、指标、评价模型、评价体系以及培育机制与提升途径等诸多方面,总体上还缺乏严谨规范的研究范式,研究中还存在一定的疏漏、甚或盲点等偏差和不足。 本文以研究高校核心竞争力评价科学化、规范化为目的,结合已有的高校核心竞争力评价模式,以教学研究型高校为研究对象,根据相关的理论和方法,提出了具有一定实用性和针对性的教学研究型高校核心竞争力评价模型,用数学方法测评教学研究型高校的核心竞争力水平。主要做了以下工作: 对教学研究型高校核心竞争力的理论体系进行了研究。本文主要通过研究高校核心竞争力的起源、内涵、构成、特性,并结合教学研究型高校的主要衡量指标和特性从系统的角度探讨了教学研究型高校核心竞争力的内涵,并构建了教学研究型高校核心竞争力的结构层次,具体分为三层:基础层、职能层和核心层。 本文根据2012年教育部《高等教育专题规划》要求、教学研究型高校核心竞争力内涵、泰勒教育评价模式三个方面来构建教学研究型高校核心竞争力评价模型,以《高等教育专题规划》要求为依据、以教学研究型高校核心竞争力内涵为分析对象、以泰勒教育评价模式为指导思想进行模型的搭建。2012年教育部《高等教育专题规划》要求结合当前时代发展和提升高等教育竞争力的必然要求提出了高等教育发展的新方向和需要重视的新领域;教学研究型高校核心竞争力内涵为评价模型提供了支撑框架;泰勒教育评价模式是评价方法和准则的理论保障,它以评价目标为导向,要求采用多种方式对教育结果进行评价的特点是本文构建评价体系的核心思想。 在具体的模型构建中,本文结合《高等教育专题规划》要求和教学研究型高校核心竞争力内涵,按照泰勒教育评价模式的评价步骤,归纳出4个一级指标、12个二级指标和49个三级指标。然后,对各个指标的含义和取值标准进行了说明;运用层次分析法计算各个指标的权值。由于,层次分析法需要两两指标之间重要程度的比较数据,为尽可能客观,本文选用问卷调查法收集比较数据。在上述工作的基础上,设计了教学研究型高校核心竞争力评价模型。 本文对教学研究型高校核心竞争力评价模型完成了设计与实现工作。利用SQL Server2005和Visual C++软件开发工具实现了教学研究型高校核心竞争力测评系统,,并以云南3所教学研究型高校各项统计数据作为实验数据,实证该模型的可行性,并对实验结果进行了分析、比对。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the competition between universities is increasing, with scholars of higher education deepening, many scholars in the management of enterprise "core competence" concept extends to higher education evaluation work, it has become the research of higher education in the new research field and direction. The paper tries to study the theory of and the method of core competence theory and college education, bring new ideas for the research on the core competence of colleges and universities, and puts forward the evaluation system of the core competitiveness of colleges and universities in the new. At present, research on the core competence of colleges and universities in China mainly focused on the connotation, elements, characteristics, indicators, evaluation model, evaluation system and cultivation mechanism and promotion ways, the overall lack of rigorous and normative research paradigm, there are still some omissions in the study, even the blind spots and deviation and deficiency.
Based on the research of the core competitiveness of the university scientific evaluation and standardization for the purpose of combining the evaluation model of the core competitiveness of colleges and universities have, in teaching and research universities as the research object, according to the relevant theories and methods, put forward some practical and targeted teaching and Research Universities Core Competitiveness Evaluation model, with the level of core competitiveness of mathematics the evaluation method of teaching and research universities. We mainly do the following work:
The theoretical system of teaching research university's core competence is studied. This paper mainly through the research on the core competitiveness of the origin, connotation, structure, characteristics, and combined with the main indexes and characteristics of teaching and research universities explores the connotation of the teaching research type university's core competence from the angle of system structure and the construction of the teaching and research university core the competitiveness of the concrete is divided into three layers: basic layer, function layer and core layer.

In the construction of the concrete model, combining with the connotation of higher education "thematic planning > and teaching and research university core competitiveness, in accordance with the procedures of evaluation Taylor education evaluation model, summed up the 4 level indicators, 12 level two indexes and 49 level three indexes. Then, the meanings and values of each index standard the use of the calculation of each index; analytic hierarchy process AHP weights.
