增权理论视角下的贫困大学生就业对策研究

【摘要】:贫困大学生就业涉及到广大人民群众,特别是贫困人群对高等教育投资的信心,关系到国家高层次人力资源的合理使用,更关系到高等教育结果的公平。因此,研究贫困大学生就业,使贫困大学生走出就业困境,享受充分就业机会,显得十分重要和紧迫。本文对贫困大学生就业过程中存在的主要问题进行阐述,并对其产生的原因进行分析,并在增权理论的基础上提出相应对策。本文从五个方面对贫困大学生就业问题加以探讨: 第一部分:包括本文的选题来源,研究意义,国内外研究综述,研究方法和研究内容。 第二部分:首先阐述增权理论的概念及其实践模型,然后从教育公平、教育投资和构建和谐社会三方面阐述增权理论与贫困大学生就业的相关性。 第三部分:对贫困大学生的的概念进行界定,并贫困大学生的贫困内容进行划分,,分析当前贫困生的就业背景和贫困大学生的受助现状以及用增权理论研究贫困生就业的可行性。 第四部分:调查贫困生在经济现状、心理现状、技能现状等方面权能的缺失,根据实证调查得到数据,从主观和客观两个方面阐述贫困生由于去权或失权而就业困难的原因。最后总结得出贫困生的综合素质是影响贫困生就业的最主要因素。 第五部分:基于理论分析和实证分析,提出有效地解决好贫困生就业问题应该依靠“个体主动模式”与“外力推动模式”相结合,从政府、社会、高校、家庭和贫困大学生个人五个方面消除贫困生的无权感,激发贫困大学生潜能,提升贫困大学生综合能力,促进贫困大学生就业。
[Abstract]:The employment of impoverished college students involves the people, especially the poor people's confidence in the investment of higher education, the rational use of high-level human resources of the country, and the fairness of the results of higher education. It is very important and urgent to study the employment of poor college students, so that they can get out of the employment predicament and enjoy full employment opportunities. This paper expounds the main problems existing in the process of employment of poor college students. On the basis of the theory of empowerment, this paper discusses the employment of impoverished college students from five aspects. The first part: including the source of this topic, significance, domestic and foreign research review, research methods and research content. The second part: firstly, the concept of empowerment theory and its practical model are expounded, and then the correlation between empowerment theory and the employment of poor college students is expounded from three aspects: education equity, education investment and building a harmonious society. The third part: the definition of the concept of poor college students, and poverty content of poor college students are divided. This paper analyzes the employment background of the poor students and the current situation of the poor college students' receiving assistance, and studies the feasibility of the employment of the poor students with the theory of empowerment. Part 4th: investigate the lack of power of poor students in economic status, psychological status, skill status and so on, and get the data according to the empirical survey. From subjective and objective aspects, this paper expounds the reasons for the difficulty in obtaining employment for poor students due to the loss of their right or power, and concludes that the comprehensive quality of poor students is the most important factor affecting the employment of poor students. Part 5th: based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, it is proposed that the effective solution to the employment problem of poor students should rely on the combination of "individual initiative mode" and "external force promotion model", from the government, society, colleges and universities. The family and the poor college students have five aspects: eliminating the sense of powerlessness, stimulating the potential of the poor college students, promoting the comprehensive ability of the poor college students and promoting the employment of the poor college students.
