【摘要】：教师职前教育是教师教育的重要组成部分，在教师培养的过程中起着重要作用。芬兰教师职前教育为其高质量的教师队伍培养奠定了良好的基础。论文聚焦于芬兰教师职前教育，芬兰坚持研究型教师的培养目标，制定了严格的入学门槛。学习和借鉴芬兰教师职前教育的成功经验，以期能为我国师范教育改革提供建议与参考。论文主要分为四个部分。第一部分简述了芬兰教师教育的起源与发展，以20世纪70年代为界划分为初步发展与快速发展两个阶段。第二部分主要从培养目标、招生制度、课程设置和教学实习四个方面对芬兰教师职前教育进行详细分析。第三部分则对芬兰教师职前教育进行评价分析，总结其特点，，探析其未来发展方向。最后针对我国师范教育存在的问题，借鉴芬兰的经验与特色，提出一些建议与启示。
[Abstract]:Teacher education is an important part of teacher education, plays an important role in the process of teacher training in Finland. Before education teachers have laid a good foundation for the high quality of teacher training. This paper focused on the education of teachers in Finland before, Finland adhere to the goal of training the research teacher, strict the entrance threshold. And learn the successful experience of Finland teacher education, in order to provide advice and reference for the reform of China's normal education.
This paper is mainly divided into four parts. The first part describes the origin and development of Teacher Education in Finland, in 1970s is divided into the initial development and the rapid development of two stages. The second part mainly from the training objectives, enrollment system, curriculum and teaching practice four aspects of Teacher Education in Finland is analyzed in detail. Third some analysis on education evaluation of Finland teachers, summarizes its characteristics, analyzes its development direction in the future. Finally, aiming at the existing problems of Teacher Education in China, the experience and characteristics of Finland, put forward some suggestions and enlightenments.
