【摘要】:思想政治教育是育人的工作。高校开设思想政治理论课的重要任务就是培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。高校思想政治理论课教师作为大学生思想政治教育的主力军和骨干力量,直接承担着这一艰巨重任,并对大学生的思想和人格塑造发挥着直接间接的影响。对于高校思想政治理论课教师来说,权力影响力是有限的,要充分发挥其思想政治教育作用,非权力影响力才是关键。2008年9月中宣部、教育部印发了《关于进一步加强高等学校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的意见》,提出了要建设一支高素质的思想政治理论课教师队伍。这也是对提高教师素质,加强其非权力影响力的纲领性文件。 思想政治理论课教师非权力影响力是一个不断提升、不断完善的动态过程。如何把“文件语言”转化为实实在在的“工作语言”,把“文件要求”转化为切实可行的“工作举措”,在研究中我紧紧围绕“思想政治理论课教师应具备什么样的非权力影响力、怎样提升思想政治理论课教师非权力影响力”这个基本问题进行思考和研究,梳理和廓清思想政治理论课教师非权力影响力的基本内涵、构成要素、基本特征,并针对目前教师非权力影响力发挥出现的主要问题,分析其原因,提出解决方案,主要从教师主体层面和外部引导层面提出教师非权力影响力提升的主要策略。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is the work of educating people. The important task of setting up the course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities is to cultivate ideal, moral and cultural. As the main force and backbone of college students' ideological and political education, teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities are directly shouldering this arduous task. For the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, the influence of power is limited, it is necessary to give full play to its ideological and political education role. In September 2008, the propaganda Department of the Central Committee and the Ministry of Education issued "opinions on further strengthening the Construction of Teachers in ideological and political Theory courses in Colleges and Universities". It is also a programmatic document to improve the quality of teachers and strengthen their non-power influence. The non-power influence of ideological and political theory teachers is a dynamic process which is constantly improving and perfecting. How to transform "document language" into "working language". Turning "document requirement" into practical "work measure", I tightly revolve around "what kind of non-power influence should the teacher of ideological and political theory have?" How to improve the ideological and political theory teachers' non-power influence "is a basic question to think and study, to sort out and clarify the basic connotation, elements and basic characteristics of the ideological and political theory teachers' non-power influence." Aiming at the main problems of teachers' non-power influence at present, this paper analyzes the reasons, puts forward the solutions, and mainly puts forward the main strategies of teachers' non-power influence promotion from the teachers' subject level and external guidance level.
