【摘要】：信息公平是高校学生事务管理工作的重要组成部分,在高校学生事务管理工作中实现信息公平有助于提高学生工作的透明度,提升高校学生事务管理工作者的教育形象与可信度,培养大学生公平竞争的观念和意识,推进和谐校园、和谐班级以及学生之间和谐人际关系的建设。实现高校学生事务管理工作的信息公平,要求高校学生事务管理工作者自身要树立起信息公平的理念,重视信息公平工作;高校要加强学生事务管理工作中信息公开和信息公平的制度建设,并为实现信息公平提供必要的经济保障;在高校学生事务管理工作中不断增强大学生的信息观念和信息意识,提高其信息获取能力、鉴别能力。
[Abstract]:Information fairness is an important part of student affairs management in colleges and universities. The realization of information fairness in college student affairs management helps to improve the transparency of student affairs. To improve the university student affairs management workers' educational image and credibility, to cultivate the concept and awareness of fair competition among college students, and to promote a harmonious campus. The construction of harmonious class and harmonious interpersonal relationship between students. To realize the information fairness of student affairs management in colleges and universities, it is necessary for university student affairs management workers to set up the idea of information fairness. Pay attention to the work of information fairness; Colleges and universities should strengthen the system construction of information openness and information fairness in student affairs management, and provide necessary economic guarantee for realizing information fairness.
