中外合作工程人才培养案例研究

【摘要】:中外合作办学是高等教育国际化的重要推动力,尤其是在工程教育领域,已经有越来越多的高校及工程专业与国外高校及进行合作。本论文通过对国内几所著名中外合作工程人才培养机构进行案例分析,从人才培养目标、教学方式与教学内容、管理制度、培养成就等各个方面进行比较研究,探索我国总外合作工程人才培养已有的成就与存在的不足。 本研究主要分为以下几个部分: 首先陈述了欧美主要发达国家工程人才培养的现状,并归纳了这些国家在工程人才培养方面的特点和特色,分析比较了法英德美四个国家在工程人才培养方面的相同点和不同点。 其次根据法德英美四个国家工程人才培养的成就和独特之处,选取了国内中法、中德、中英、中美合作培养工程人才的八个案例,案例分别是北航中法工程师学院、中国民航大学中欧航空工程师学院、同济大学中德学院、华东理工大学中德工学院、宁波诺丁汉大学、北京邮电大学国际学院、上海交通大学密西根学院以及吉林大学莱姆顿学院,阐述了这八个案例工程人才合作培养的过程及特点,并通过对八个案例的人才培养目标、教学方式与教学内容、师资队伍建设以及管理制度等方面的比较分析,以期发现国内中外合作工程人才培养中存在的问题,并借鉴国外成功的经验,对进一步做好工程人才的培养工作提供建议。 本论文采用了文献研究法、比较研究法、个案分析法以及访谈法,在案例研究和访谈过程中获取了大量一手资料,对深入了解和研究中外合作工程人才培养具有一定的价值和意义。
[Abstract]:Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is an important driving force for the internationalization of higher education, especially in the field of engineering education. More and more universities and engineering majors have cooperated with foreign universities and colleges. Through the case analysis of several famous domestic and foreign cooperative engineering talents training institutions, this paper aims at talent training. This paper makes a comparative study on teaching methods and teaching contents, management system, cultivation and so on, in order to explore the achievements and shortcomings in the training of total foreign cooperative engineering talents in China. This study is divided into the following parts: First of all, the paper describes the status quo of engineering talent training in the major developed countries in Europe and America, and summarizes the characteristics and characteristics of engineering talents training in these countries. This paper analyzes and compares the similarities and differences between France, Britain, Germany and the United States in the training of engineering talents. Secondly, according to the achievements and unique points of engineering talents training in four countries of France, Germany, Britain and America, this paper selects eight cases of cooperation between China and France, China and Germany, China and Britain, and China and the United States to train engineering talents. The cases are the Institute of China-France Engineers of Beihang, the Central European Institute of Aeronautical Engineers of the Civil Aviation University of China, the Institute of Sino-German Engineering of Tongji University, the Institute of Sino-German Engineering of East China University of Technology, and the University of Nottingham in Ningbo. The International College of Beijing University of posts and Telecommunications, the Michigan College of Shanghai Jiaotong University and the Lemton College of Jilin University have expounded the process and characteristics of the cooperation training of the eight case engineers. And through the eight cases of talent training objectives, teaching methods and teaching content, the construction of teachers and management system and other aspects of comparative analysis, in order to find domestic and foreign cooperative engineering talent training problems. And draw lessons from the successful experience of foreign countries, and provide suggestions for the further development of engineering talents. In this paper, literature research, comparative research, case analysis and interviews are used to obtain a lot of first-hand data in the process of case study and interview. It has certain value and significance to deeply understand and study the training of Chinese-foreign cooperative engineering talents.
