西北政法大学:中国共产党延安时期法律高等教育的直接延续

【摘要】：中国共产党新民主主义革命时期高等法律教育开端于延安时期,始于边区行政学院,完善于延安大学,主要由这两所学校承担。这是中国共产党在抗日民主根据地实施新民主主义宪政和延安干部高等教育逐步形成向正规化和专门化方向发展趋势的结果,具有从主要以培养专门的法律学者为主到只培养司法工作干部的发展特征,而西北政法大学是中国共产党延安时期法律高等教育的直接延续。
[Abstract]:The higher legal education of the Communist Party of China in the period of New Democratic Revolution began in Yan'an period, started from the Administrative College of Border region, and was perfected in Yan'an University. This is the result of the Communist Party of China implementing the new democratic constitutionalism in the anti-Japanese democratic base area and the higher education of cadres in Yan'an gradually forming a trend towards formalization and specialization. It has the characteristics of developing from mainly training specialized legal scholars to only training judicial cadres, and Northwest University of political Science and Law is a direct continuation of the higher legal education in Yan'an period of the Communist Party of China.
