90后大学生财商教育研究

【摘要】：随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步确立和完善,我国的综合国力得到了很大的提高,人民的生活水平也不断的改善,对投资理财产生了极大的兴趣。然而,由于我国传统观念的影响和过去落后的经济发展水平的制约,人们的理财知识极度的匮乏。因此,对于广大青少年的理财教育也出现了较大的空白。作为青年人中的一员,大学生亦是如此,致使他们在财富观、金钱观、劳动观、消费观、理财观等等方面产生了很多误区,带来了很多不良的后果。如今广大的大学生出生于90年代,沐浴着改革开放的发展春风,基本都是家中的独生子女。他们从小耳濡目染自己的父辈在中国经济改革浪潮中的起伏,他们对财富的追求比任何一代人都要“现实”。这种“现实”的追求往往充斥着非理性,充斥着对财富的盲目崇拜。随着改革开放的不断深入,我国的高等教育迅速发展。但相比之下,作为素质教育的一部分,90后大学生的理财教育却相对滞后。他们拥有的较高的学历,却缺乏最基本的理财知识。这既违背了马克思关于人的全面发展的要求,也与我国目前社会经济发展的状况不相适应。新时代、新形势需要的是能掌握各种专业知识的复合型人才,包括财商这一具有时代代表性的知识与技能。现今,财商已经和智商、情商一同被并称为现代人生存与发展必备的“三商”。因此,培养90后大学生正确的财商素质,尤为重要。本文主要内容分为五个部分：第一章是绪论,主要包括90后大学生财商教育问题研究的背景和意义、国内外研究现状、主要研究方法和文章的创新点。第二章是90后大学生财商教育研究的理论基础,主要包括对财商含义的界定,财商教育的含义和主要内容的介绍,认为财商教育主要应包含对财富观、理财知识、理财能力的教育,再分别对这三方面的教育进行细化分析：就财富观阐述了财富的概念及财富与财富观的关系、中西财富观的历史演变、90后大学生健康财富观的主要内容；阐明了理财知识四个方面的主要内容；财务知识、投资知识、市场营销知识、法律知识；通过对比国外青少年理财能力的培养内容和培养方法,梳理、总结他们的共同点。第三章是对90后大学生财商教育现状的调查分析。通过问卷调查的方式揭示出90后大学生财商教育现状,认为90后大学生中主流财商朝着积极、健康的方向发展,财富观更加理性、务实,消费观更加健康、适度,理财水平逐步发展。但是也反映出不少问题,如贫富差距拉大,呈两级分化；个别片面追逐财富,急功近利,价值观扭曲；消费结构不合理、消费行为极端化；经济独立性差、理财意识淡薄等。第四章是对90后大学生财商教育现状的成因分析。作者主要从学校教育模式、家庭教育、社会传统道德和90后大学生自身的性格特征入手,试图分析产生他们财商教育现状的原因。第五章是90后大学生财商教育体系的建构。首先,作者根据对前文财商教育的理论研究和问卷调查的具体情况,全面提出了90后大学生健康财富观教育、理财知识教育和理财能力培养的重点内容。同时参照上一章的成因分析,分别从学校、家庭、社会和大学生个人四个方面出发,提出了90后大学生财商教育的路径方法。
[Abstract]:With the gradual establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system , the comprehensive national strength of our country has been greatly improved , and the living standard of the people has been greatly improved . The main contents of this paper are divided into five parts : The first chapter is the introduction , mainly including the background and significance of the research on the problem of college students ' financial quotient education , the research situation at home and abroad , the main research methods and the innovation points of the articles . The second chapter is the theoretical foundation of the research on the financial quotient education of the post - 90s college students , mainly including the definition of the meaning of the financial quotient , the meaning of the financial quotient education and the introduction of the main contents . The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of college students ' financial quotient education . Through the questionnaire , the present situation of college students ' financial quotient education is revealed . The fourth chapter is the analysis of the causes of the present situation of college students ' financial and commercial education . The author starts with the school education model , family education , social tradition morality and the personality characteristics of college students after 90 days , and tries to analyze the reasons for the present situation of their financial and commercial education . The fifth chapter is the construction of the college students ' financial and commercial education system after 90 years . First , according to the theoretical research and the questionnaire investigation of the former financial quotient education , the author puts forward the key contents of the education , knowledge education and financial management ability of the healthy wealth view of the university students after 90 years . At the same time , the author points out the path method of college students ' financial quotient education from four aspects : school , family , society and college students .
