高等教育未来发展的蓝图、指标与实现途径——兼论高等教育发展与中国梦

【摘要】：高等教育事业在实现中国梦的过程中应该做何贡献,不仅是一个政策问题,也是一个重大理论问题。以党的十八大提出的中国梦为思考的起点,以高等教育发展与中国梦的实现具有互动关系为假设,展望了我国未来高等教育发展蓝图,探讨了高等教育发展蓝图及其原动力,提出了未来发展的四项特点和八项指标,分析了我国高等教育事业发展的过程和可能性挑战,并在此基础上提出了目标实现的路径思考。
[Abstract]:What contribution should be made by the cause of higher education in the process of realizing Chinese Dream is not only a policy issue, but also a major theoretical issue. Based on the assumption of the interactive relationship between the development of higher education and the realization of Chinese Dream, this paper looks forward to the blueprint for the future development of higher education in China, probes into the blueprint for the development of higher education and its motive force, and puts forward four characteristics and eight indicators of the future development. This paper analyzes on the process and possible challenges of the development of higher education in China, and puts forward the path to realize the goal on the basis of it.
