西部少数民族地区贫困大学生就业状况研究

【摘要】：高等教育的快速发展,使许多偏远贫困地区的少数民族学生走出大山,鲤鱼跃龙门的同时,也使高校出现了一个特殊的贫困生群体。随着绝对数量的逐年增加,这一群体在生活上、心理上的贫困受到关注的同时,就业问题更是关系到方方面面。西部少数民族地区贫困大学生就业有其特殊性和复杂性,处理不好导致的社会影响不可忽视,更需要政府、社会以及学校从多角度出发促进和提高少数民族贫困生的就业能力和就业率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of higher education, many ethnic minority students in remote and poor areas have stepped out of the mountains. At the same time, a special group of poor students has emerged in colleges and universities. With the absolute number increasing year by year, At the same time, the problem of employment is related to all aspects. The employment of impoverished college students in the western minority areas has its particularity and complexity. It is necessary for the government, society and schools to promote and improve the employment ability and employment rate of the poor minority students from various angles.
