马斯洛需要层次理论视阈下大学生思想政治教育激励教育法优化研究

【摘要】:青年大学生是我国社会主义的建设者和接班人,加强对大学生的思想政治教育,培养全面发展的优秀大学生,是由我国的社会主义性质决定的,符合青年大学生自身的成长成才要求,对于国家的发展、民族的振兴都有着重要的意义。激励教育作为思想政治教育基本方法之一,在目前的运用过程中存在着众多问题,导致激励教育没能发挥出应有的效益。如何科学的发挥激励教育的作用,激发大学生的积极性与潜能,是高校思想政治教育者面临的重要课题和任务,也是实现高校思想政治教育目标的重要保证。马斯洛需要层次理论所蕴含的“以需要为基础”的激励理念,能很好的弥补目前大学生思想政治激励教育不注重需要——这一原动力的不足。故本文尝试以马斯洛需要理论为视角,在分析目前大学生需要的基础上提出了思想政治教育激励教育法的优化对策,旨在提升马斯洛需要层次理论在大学生思想政治教育领域中的应用价值,推动激励教育发挥更好的效益,以此调动大学生的积极性,激发挖掘大学生的潜能,,提高大学生的思想政治素质,有效促进大学生的全面发展。 本文主要分四个部分进行了探讨: 第一部分主要介绍了马斯洛需要层次理论,具体包括马斯洛需要层次理论的主要内容及其内在关系,特征和功能。 第二部分主要阐述了思想政治教育激励教育法的概念、要素,分析了思想政治教育激励教育法的运转原理及功能和运用原则。 第三部分分析了马斯洛需要层次理论视阈下大学生思想政治教育激励教育法优化的可行性。首先,指出马斯洛需要层次理论本身的科学性;其次,分析了马斯洛需要层次理论视阈下大学生思想政治教育激励教育法优化的理论依据;再次,分析了马斯洛需要层次理论视阈下大学生思想政治教育激励教育法优化的现实依据。 第四部分以马斯洛需要层次理论为指导,以目前大学生需要现状为依据,分别从“激励”理念的转化、激励内容的选择与丰富、激励方式和途径的开拓、激励环境营造等四个方面探索了大学生思想政治教育激励教育法的优化。
[Abstract]:Young college students are the constructors and successors of socialism in our country. It is decided by the socialist nature of our country to strengthen ideological and political education for college students and train excellent college students with all-round development. It is of great significance to the development of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation. As one of the basic methods of ideological and political education, there are many problems in the process of application. It is an important task and task for ideological and political educators in colleges and universities to give full play to the role of incentive education and stimulate the enthusiasm and potential of college students. It is also an important guarantee to realize the goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It can make up for the deficiency of the current ideological and political incentive education of college students not paying attention to the need, so this paper tries to take Maslow's need theory as the angle of view. On the basis of analyzing the needs of college students at present, this paper puts forward the optimized countermeasures of the stimulating education method of ideological and political education in order to promote the application value of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in the field of college students' ideological and political education. To promote the incentive education to play a better effect, so as to arouse the enthusiasm of college students, stimulate? Explore the potential of college students, improve their ideological and political quality, and effectively promote the all-round development of college students. This paper is divided into four parts:. The first part mainly introduces Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs, including the main contents, internal relations, characteristics and functions of Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs. The second part mainly expounds the concept and elements of the method of ideological and political education incentive education, and analyzes the operating principle, function and application principle of the method of ideological and political education incentive education. The third part analyzes the feasibility of the optimization of college students' ideological and political education incentive education method from the perspective of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. Firstly, it points out that Maslow needs hierarchy theory itself to be scientific; secondly, This paper analyzes the theoretical basis for the optimization of the ideological and political education incentive education method for college students under the view of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, and thirdly, analyzes the realistic basis for the optimization of the college students' ideological and political education incentive education method under the view of Maslow's need hierarchy theory. The 4th part is guided by Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs, based on the present situation of college students' needs, respectively, from the transformation of "incentive" concept, the selection and enrichment of incentive content, and the development of incentive ways and means. This paper explores the optimization of college students' ideological and political education in four aspects: the construction of incentive environment and so on.
