全球化进程中我国大学生公民教育研究

【摘要】：在全球化的时代背景下，大学生公民教育不是单纯意义上的教育问题，其是当代大学生获得自由全面发展的重要途径，是现代公民社会稳定和发展的重要根基。基于此，如何构建一套科学的大学生公民教育体系，其兼具理论性和实践操作性，能够促进大学生高素质全方位的发展，进而推动我国现代公民社会和谐发展，是当前我国大学生公民教育研究的核心所在。本文从国内外公民教育的历史进程出发，审视了公民教育的时代特征，分析和总结了我国大学生公民教育的定位和内容维度，进而提出了全球化进程中我国大学生公民教育的实施途径。基于上述思路，本文主要分为四部分：第一部分，厘清公民和公民教育的涵义，梳理公民教育的历史进程，总结概括公民教育的时代特征，初步实现对公民教育内涵和外延的把握。第二部分，分析了全球化对我国大学生公民教育产生的影响，概述了全球化是我国大学生公民教育的新视角，包括对全球化发展过程的动态认知以及全球化时代我国大学生公民教育的效果。第三部分，分析提炼出全球化进程中我国大学生公民教育的内容维度，主要包括人本教育、环境教育、和平教育以及人权教育等四方面内容。第四部分，重点梳理全球化进程中我国大学生公民教育的实施路径，其中包括在大学生公民教育中坚持“以人为本”的教育理念，在大学生公民教育中培养大学生自由选择的意识，，在大学生公民教育中构建以关切为核心的师生互动机制，在大学生公民教育中加强开放的社会化教育以及实现大学生的公民角色塑造等论述。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, civic education of college students is not a simple problem of education, it is an important way for contemporary college students to obtain free and all-round development, and an important foundation for the stability and development of modern civil society. How to construct a set of scientific civic education system for college students, which is both theoretical and practical, can promote the all-round development of college students' high quality and promote the harmonious development of modern civil society in China. This paper, proceeding from the historical process of civic education at home and abroad, examines the characteristics of the times of civic education, analyzes and summarizes the orientation and content dimensions of civic education for college students in China. And then put forward the implementation of civic education for college students in the process of globalization. Based on the above ideas, this paper is divided into four parts:. In the first part, the author clarifies the meaning of citizen and civic education, combs the historical process of civic education, summarizes the characteristics of the times of civic education, and preliminarily realizes the grasp of the connotation and extension of civic education. The second part analyzes the impact of globalization on the civic education of college students in China, and summarizes that globalization is a new perspective of civic education for college students in China. It includes the dynamic cognition of the development process of globalization and the effect of civic education of college students in the era of globalization. The third part analyzes and abstracts out the content dimension of Chinese college students' civic education in the process of globalization, which mainly includes four aspects: humanism education, environmental education, peace education and human rights education. Part 4th focuses on the implementation of civic education for college students in the process of globalization, including adhering to the "people-oriented" educational concept in the civic education of college students. In the civic education of college students, we should cultivate the consciousness of free choice of college students, and construct a teacher-student interaction mechanism with concern as the core in the civic education of college students. This paper discusses how to strengthen the open socialized education and realize the shaping of the citizen role in the civic education of college students.
