教育信息化背景下我国大学教师文化建设探析

【摘要】:大学教师文化是大学教师发展的土壤。优良的大学教师文化,在促进大学教师教学和科研发展方面起着源源不断的动力作用。大学教师文化不仅对教师自身,而且对学生成才、学科建设和学校发展都具有重大的影响。因此,研究大学教师文化建设,具有很重要的理论价值和实践意义。 本研究包括四部分内容。第一部分,对大学教师文化和教育信息化的基本概念作了相关界定,阐述了符号互动论和建构主义教学论对本研究的理论支撑。通过明确相关概念和分析相关理论支撑,梳理了论文写作的范围和内容,确定了研究的重点,为论文的进一步写作做了必要的铺垫。 第二部分,探讨了教育信息化背景下我国大学教师文化建设的应然状态,从教师自身教学和科研方面应具备的角色、精神和学术态度做了分析,另外也从教师与学生之间应创建的师生关系做了进一步的解析。 第三部分,透析当前我国大学教师文化建设所存在的问题及其原因,这是本研究的难点所在。其问题主要表现为教师群体接受心向的价值取向、大学教师神圣的权威地位、封闭的教学环境和心理空间,以及大学教师角色的认同困惑;在原因方面表现为,教师专业精神的缺失、控制性教学文化的束缚、市场经济带来的负面影响和机械规约的学校制度。分析大学教师文化建设存在的问题及其原因,为我国大学教师文化建设策略的提出提供参考。 第四部分,提出教育信息化背景下我国大学教师文化建设的策略,这是本研究的重点。在前面研究的基础之上,针对存在的问题和原因提出对策加以解决,,以使我国大学教师文化的建设日臻完善。
[Abstract]:College teacher culture is the soil for the development of university teachers. Excellent college teacher culture plays a continuous role in promoting the development of university teachers' teaching and scientific research. College teacher culture is not only for teachers themselves, but also for students. Therefore, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the cultural construction of university teachers. This research includes four parts. The first part defines the basic concepts of university teacher culture and education informatization. This paper expounds the theoretical support of symbolic interaction theory and constructivism teaching theory to this study. By clarifying the relevant concepts and analyzing the relevant theoretical support, this paper combs the scope and content of the thesis writing, and determines the key points of the research. For the further writing of the paper to do the necessary foreshadowing. In the second part, the author probes into the ought state of university teachers' cultural construction under the background of educational informatization, and analyzes the role, spirit and academic attitude of teachers in teaching and scientific research. In addition, the relationship between teachers and students should be created from a further analysis. The third part is to analyze the problems existing in the construction of university teachers' culture in our country and their causes, which is the difficulty of this study. The problems are mainly manifested in the value orientation of the teachers' acceptance, the sacred authority position of the university teachers. The closed teaching environment and psychological space, as well as the identity and confusion of the role of university teachers, are manifested in the lack of professional spirit of teachers, the restraint of controlling teaching culture, This paper analyzes the problems and causes of university teachers' cultural construction, and provides a reference for the strategy of university teachers' cultural construction in our country. In the 4th part, the author puts forward the strategy of university teachers' cultural construction under the background of educational informatization, which is the focus of this study. On the basis of the previous research, the author puts forward some countermeasures to solve the existing problems and causes. In order to make the construction of university teacher culture in our country more and more perfect.
