大学生创业人格培养下的隐性课程开发对策研究

【摘要】:大众创新,万众创业。近些年来,创业教育越来越受到政府、社会及教育界的高度重视,各方为此进行了大量有益的探索与实践。然而,结合当下的实施情况来看,我国创业教育的实施效果并不尽如人意。尽管国家大力发展创业教育,颁布了一系列鼓励创业的政策措施,但不少高校把创业教育曲解为向学生传授五花八门的创业策略与技巧、鼓励学生成立各式各样的“创业公司”。这种把创业教育片面的等同为企业家培养的教育理念,不可避免的造成了大学生信念、品格、道德等非理性因素的缺失。创业人格作为创业者在学习或实践过程中影响自身行为的相对稳定的心理特征,影响着大学生创业者的思想、情感和行为,是创业能力得以发挥的关键和动力保障。因此,在这种背景下,加强大学生创业群体的人格培养显得势在必行。隐性课程作为学校通过教育环境有意或者无意地传递给学生的非公开性教育经验,具有人格培养的属性,对大学生的综合素质培养具有十分重要的意义。本篇论文从当前我国创业教育的环境入手,从创业教育实效较差的现实状况出发,把社会对创业者的殷切呼唤与大学生创业人格缺失这一突出矛盾作为主要落脚点。在此过程中,通过对大学生创业活动中展现出的人格特质进行实证调研、分析,对隐性课程传播规律的探讨,证实创业群体中人格特质存在的差异,并重点通过加强高校创业教育中隐性课程建设这一有效途径,从物质形态、精神形态、制度形态、行为形态等方面落实隐性课程对创业者人格特质的培养,最终达到健全完善大学生创业群体创业人格的目的,从而促进创业教育卓有成效开展的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, entrepreneurship education has been paid more and more attention by the government, society and educational circles. The implementation of entrepreneurship education in China has not been satisfactory. Although the country has vigorously developed entrepreneurship education, it has promulgated a series of policies and measures to encourage entrepreneurship. However, many colleges and universities misinterpret entrepreneurship education as teaching students a variety of entrepreneurial strategies and techniques, encouraging students to set up various "start-up companies". Entrepreneurial personality, as a relatively stable psychological characteristic of entrepreneurs' influence on their own behavior in the process of study or practice, has an impact on the thought of college students' entrepreneurs, which inevitably leads to the lack of irrational factors such as belief, character, morality and so on. Emotion and behavior are the key and driving force for entrepreneurship. Therefore, in this context, It is imperative to strengthen the personality cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial group. As a kind of non-open educational experience that is transmitted to students intentionally or unintentionally by schools through educational environment, recessive curriculum has the attribute of personality cultivation. This paper starts from the current environment of entrepreneurship education in our country, starting from the reality of the poor effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, which is of great significance to the cultivation of college students' comprehensive quality. This paper focuses on the prominent contradiction between the eager call of the society to entrepreneurs and the lack of entrepreneurial personality of college students. In this process, through the empirical investigation and analysis of the personality characteristics shown in the entrepreneurial activities of college students, This paper discusses the spreading law of recessive curriculum, proves the difference of personality characteristics in entrepreneurial group, and emphasizes on strengthening the effective way of constructing recessive curriculum in entrepreneurship education from material form, spiritual form and system form. In the aspect of behavior form and so on, the hidden curriculum can cultivate the personality characteristics of the entrepreneurs, and finally achieve the goal of perfecting the entrepreneurial personality of the entrepreneurial groups of college students, thus promoting the effective development of entrepreneurship education.
