自主学习理论下的幼师钢琴教学创新研究

【摘要】:本文以自主学习的理论为指导,从学习动机、自主学习理论、学习策略的运用和掌握、对学习过程的监控、对学习过程和学习结果的评价五个方面设计了幼师生钢琴自主学习情况调查问卷,对笔者工作的幼儿师范学校学前教育专业的学生,进行了钢琴自主学习的现状调查与分析。笔者以四个平行班进行钢琴教学实验研究。其中两个班级作为实验班,另外两个班级作为对照班。在实验班的钢琴教学中,运用自主学习的理论为指导进行钢琴教学,在对照班钢琴教学中,仍然以传统的教学方式进行教学。通过对实验研究前后的问卷调查分析和钢琴考试成绩的数据统计分析证实,在幼师的钢琴课上运用自主学习的理论指导钢琴教学是有一定效果的:不仅可以增强学生的自主学习意识,使学生掌握了一些学习策略,在一定程度上也提高了幼师生的自主学习能力及钢琴弹奏水平。论文最后从幼师钢琴教学中教学理念、教学方式、教学评价体系三个方面提出具体的改革创新措施。通过本课题的研究,笔者希望,能在自主学习理论的指导下,为幼师钢琴教学的改革创新注入新的理念,为幼师钢琴教学一线的教师提供一些教学启示,为幼师生钢琴学习提供一些新的学习策略,同时也能对自己今后的钢琴教学起到促进作用。
[Abstract]:Guided by the theory of autonomous learning, this paper monitors the learning process from the perspective of learning motivation, autonomous learning theory, and the application and mastery of learning strategies. This paper designs a questionnaire on piano autonomous learning of kindergarten teachers from five aspects of learning process and learning results. The present situation of piano autonomous learning is investigated and analyzed. Four parallel classes are used in piano teaching experiment. Two classes are used as experimental classes and the other two classes as control classes. Under the guidance of the theory of autonomous learning, the piano teaching in the control class is still carried out in the traditional teaching mode. The questionnaire survey before and after the experimental study and the statistical analysis of the results of the piano examination are carried out. Using the theory of autonomous learning to guide piano teaching in the piano class of kindergarten teachers has certain effect: it can not only enhance students' consciousness of autonomous learning, but also make students master some learning strategies. To a certain extent, it also improves the students' autonomous learning ability and piano playing level. Through the research of this subject, the author hopes that under the guidance of autonomous learning theory, the author can inject new ideas into the reform and innovation of piano teaching in kindergarten teachers. It can provide some enlightenments for the teachers of piano teaching in kindergarten teachers and some new learning strategies for the students in kindergarten teachers' colleges. At the same time, it can also promote the piano teaching in the future.
