大学生人际交往能力的培养路径研究

【摘要】:对于当代大学生,他们在校学习生活中人际交往占有重要地位,而在他们将来离开校园、走向社会时交往也有着至关重要的作用。提升大学生的人际交往能力可以促进大学生在校期间的全面发展,同时使大学生毕业后能更好的适应现代社会生活,所以高校对大学生人际交往能力的培养至关重要。 本文主要采用了文献分析法、比较研究法、调查问卷法和访谈法等方法进行研究。笔者针对大学生人际交往的现状,大学生人际交往的障碍和困惑,以及大学生人际交往中的情感体验等问题,在山西省八所高校抽取了部分学生进行问卷调查,在马克思主义社会关系理论的指导下,通过对调查结果的总结和深入比较分析,得出大学生人际交往能力存在的问题,包括人际交流范围狭窄,人际表达理解能力不足和人际融合能力欠缺。针对大学生人际交往能力存在的问题,分析影响大学生人际交往能力的因素,即大学生个体主观因素,以及由社会、家庭和学校等环境而产生的不可避免的客观因素。 针对大学生人际交往能力的问题和差异,笔者提出学校要加强对大学生人际交往能力的培养。学校应帮助大学生树立以人为本的交往观念,提高大学生自身素质,运用互动式教学模式,传授人际交往基础理论和技巧,在学科教学过程中培养大学生的人际交往能力,并建设和谐的校园人际交往环境,提供团体辅导和个别心理咨询服务,拓宽大学生人际交往的实践锻炼平台等,通过各种有效途径来培养大学生的人际交往能力。
[Abstract]:For contemporary college students, interpersonal communication plays an important role in their study and life at school, and when they leave the campus in the future, The promotion of college students' interpersonal communication ability can promote the overall development of college students while at the same time make college students better adapt to modern social life after graduation. So it is very important for college students to cultivate their interpersonal ability. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis, comparative research, questionnaire and interview, etc. The author aims at the present situation of college students' interpersonal communication, the obstacles and puzzles of college students' interpersonal communication, and so on. As well as the emotional experience of college students in interpersonal communication, selected some students in eight universities in Shanxi Province to conduct a questionnaire survey, under the guidance of Marxist theory of social relations, through the summary of the survey results and in-depth comparative analysis. The problems of college students' interpersonal communication ability, including the narrow range of interpersonal communication, the lack of understanding of interpersonal expression and the lack of interpersonal integration ability, are pointed out, and the existing problems of college students' interpersonal communication ability are pointed out. This paper analyzes the factors that affect college students' interpersonal ability, that is, the subjective factors of college students, and the inevitable objective factors arising from the social, family and school environments. In view of the problems and differences of college students' interpersonal communication ability, the author puts forward that the school should strengthen the cultivation of college students' interpersonal communication ability, and the school should help college students to set up the concept of people-oriented communication and improve their own quality. The interactive teaching model is used to teach the basic theory and skills of interpersonal communication, to cultivate the interpersonal ability of college students in the course of subject teaching, to build a harmonious campus interpersonal communication environment, to provide group counseling and individual psychological counseling services. Broaden the practical training platform of college students' interpersonal communication, and train their interpersonal communication ability through various effective ways.
