案例式教学法在病理生理实验教学中的应用探索

【摘要】:案例式教学法是近几年推广的一种医学教育教学方法。与临床相贴近,是主要以案例为基础的教学法。案例式教学法,教师于教学中扮演着设计者和激励者的角色,鼓励学生积极参与讨论,是一种相当有效的教学模式。病理生理学的重要辅助研究手段为病理生理学实验,探讨在实验中加入案例式教学法,目的在于进一步提高学生的自学能力和自我创新能力,以及加深学生对所学知识的理解。通过课前给出病例,学生课下自主查阅资料,课上教师指导讨论的方法引入案例。再结合实验内容进行实验操作,得出实验结果。通过动物实验的结果表现和病例患者的临床表现相对比,加深对实验内容的印象,有利于提高病理生理实验课的教学质量。
[Abstract]:Case teaching method is a kind of medical education teaching method popularized in recent years. It is close to clinical practice and is mainly case based teaching method. Case teaching method plays the role of designer and motivator in teaching. Encouraging students to take an active part in the discussion is a very effective teaching mode. The important auxiliary research means of pathophysiology is pathophysiology experiment, and the case teaching method should be added to the experiment. The purpose is to further improve students' self-study ability and self-innovation ability, as well as to deepen the students' understanding of what they have learned. The method of teacher guiding discussion in class introduces the case, and then combines the experiment content to carry on the experiment operation, obtains the experimental result. Through the animal experiment result performance and the case patient's clinical manifestation relative ratio, deepens the impression to the experiment content, It is helpful to improve the teaching quality of pathophysiology experiment.
