高校科技创新领军人物成长规律的实证分析

【摘要】:高校科技领军人物是高校优化科研组织、实现持续发展的灵魂性人物,各校都给予了高度重视.本文从领军人物的理想定义出发,以实证方法从外因、内因和内外相互作用3个方面讨论了领军人物成长的规律性问题,提出外因至少包括社会主流意识、社会资源、高素质群体、重大科研机遇等;内因主要有忧患意识、前瞻意识、调整方向意识、团队建设意识及能力等;内外因的相互作用中,特别强调了外因对领军人物成长的重要性.
[Abstract]:Scientific and technological leaders in colleges and universities are soul figures who optimize scientific research organizations and realize sustainable development, and all schools attach great importance to it. This paper starts from the ideal definition of leaders and uses empirical methods to analyze the external causes. The internal cause and internal and external interaction discussed the regularity of the leader's growth, and pointed out that the external causes included at least the social mainstream consciousness, the social resources, the high quality group, the important scientific research opportunity and so on. In the interaction of internal and external factors, the importance of external factors to the growth of leaders is especially emphasized.
