提高独立学院“90后”大学生思想政治教育效果探析

【摘要】:独立学院是近年来发展起来的一种新的高等教育办学形式。随着在校学生人数逐年增多,学生思想政治工作面临的新情况和新问题也随之增加,特别是近几年“90后”大学生开始进入独立学院,如何针对“90后”大学生的思想特点有效地开展独立学院思想政治教育工作,是独立学院学生思想政治教育遇到的又一新挑战。因此,对独立学院“90后”大学生思想政治教育效果的探析就非常必要。 本文在对独立学院思想政治教育工作的特点和“90后”大学生特点进行分析的基础上,总结出独立学院“90后”大学生的思想现状并分析其形成的原因,提出了独立学院“90后”大学生思想政治教育存在的问题和原因,给出了提高独立学院“90后”大学生思想政治教育效果的对策。 本文首先明确了独立学院、“90后”大学生、独立学院思想政治教育的概念和特点,通过调查研究,总结出了独立学院“90后”大学生的思想现状,并分析其形成的原因在于四个方面:学校方面,社会、家庭方面,教育者方面,学生方面。 本文认为加大对独立学院思想政治教育工作管理与支持力度,加强对独立院校“90后“大学生思想特点的研究,更新独立学院“90后”大学生思想政治教育理念,增强思想政治教育内容的针对性,丰富和调整思想政治教育的载体和方法,提高思想政治教育队伍素质的适应性,营造提高思想政治教育效果的环境是提高独立学院90后大学生思想政治教育效果的主要对策。
[Abstract]:Independent college is a new form of higher education that has been developed in recent years. With the increasing number of students in school, the new situation and new problems faced by students' ideological and political work are also increasing. Especially in recent years, "post-90s" college students have begun to enter independent colleges. How to effectively carry out ideological and political education in independent colleges according to the ideological characteristics of post-90s college students? It is a new challenge to the ideological and political education of the students in independent colleges, so it is necessary to probe into the effect of ideological and political education for the "post-90s" students in independent colleges. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of ideological and political education in independent colleges and the characteristics of post-90s college students, this paper summarizes the ideological status of post-90s college students and analyzes the reasons for their formation. This paper puts forward the problems and causes of ideological and political education of post-90s college students, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the effect of ideological and political education of post-90s college students. This paper first defines the concept and characteristics of ideological and political education in independent college, "post-90s" college students, and independent college, and summarizes the ideological status quo of "post-90s" college students through investigation and research. And analyzes the formation of the reasons lie in four aspects: school, society, family, educators, students. This paper holds that we should strengthen the management and support of ideological and political education in independent colleges, strengthen the research on the ideological characteristics of post-90s students in independent colleges, and renew the idea of ideological and political education of post-90s students in independent colleges. Strengthen the pertinence of ideological and political education content, enrich and adjust the carrier and method of ideological and political education, improve the adaptability of ideological and political education team quality, Creating an environment to improve the effect of ideological and political education is the main countermeasure to improve the effect of ideological and political education of post-1990 college students.
