留学生群体与近代中国地方自治

【摘要】：近代中国留学生群体对西方地方自治思想的传播,主要通过大量翻译或推介西方民主政治、地方自治等方面的文献和思想,著书立说,推进学校教育,参与地方自治问题的争论等方式进行。留学生群体促进了近代中国地方自治思想的形成和发展,是近代中国地方自治实践的重要推动者。
[Abstract]:The dissemination of the thought of western local autonomy by the group of Chinese students in modern times mainly through the translation or introduction of a large number of documents and ideas on western democratic politics, local autonomy, and so on, and the promotion of school education. The group of foreign students promoted the formation and development of the thought of local autonomy in modern China and was an important promoter of the practice of local autonomy in modern China.
