高校教师幸福感及其影响因素研究

【摘要】:幸福感是衡量人们生活质量的一个重要的心理评定指标。高校教师是我国高等教育的宝贵财富,而高校教师的幸福感是我国教育发展进程的关键因素。高校教师的幸福感标志着其自身心理、生活和工作等方面的感受,同时对学生的幸福感也产生影响。因此,提高高校教师幸福感,是发展教育事业、提高教育质量的重要课题之一。所以,笔者通过问卷调查的方式对辽宁省某高校的教师进行了抽样调查。本研究以积极心理学的主观幸福感理论为指导,借鉴了国内外文献中相关量表的设计,并根据具体应用范围和文化适应性进行了调整改进,结合对一些教师进行的相关访谈,形成预调查问卷,并通过预调查优化变量指标,形成正式调查问卷,调查得到1792份有效样本。应用SPSS17.0和Mplus6.12软件对问卷信度、效度进行检验。通过探索性和验证性结构方程模型分析构建了高校教师幸福感影响因素的模型,并进行多样本效度交叉验证。研究发现:心理健康、社交关系及个人财务因素对高校教师的幸福感具有显著影响。同时发现,人口统计学因素中年龄、工作性质及婚姻影响高校教师的幸福感。最后笔者为提高高校教师幸福感提出了相应对策,社会应为高校教师的生存发展提供良好的环境、学校管理应以教师为本、教师自身要积极追求和创造幸福,通过社会、学校及教师自身三方面共同努力来提高高校教师的幸福感。
[Abstract]:Well-being is an important psychological evaluation index to measure people's quality of life. College teachers are precious wealth of higher education in China. The happiness of college teachers is a key factor in the process of educational development in China. The happiness of college teachers marks their own feelings of psychology, life and work, and also has an impact on the well-being of students. Improving the happiness of college teachers is one of the most important issues in developing education and improving the quality of education. The author conducted a sample survey of teachers in a university in Liaoning Province by means of a questionnaire survey. This study is guided by the subjective well-being theory of positive psychology and draws lessons from the design of relevant scales in domestic and foreign literature. According to the specific scope of application and cultural adaptability of the adjustment and improvement, combined with the relevant interviews with some teachers to form a pre-survey questionnaire, and through pre-investigation to optimize the variable indicators, form a formal questionnaire. 1 792 valid samples were obtained. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by SPSS17.0 and Mplus6.12 software. By using exploratory and confirmatory structural equation models, a model of influencing factors of college teachers' well-being was established. The results showed that mental health, social relationship and personal financial factors had significant effects on college teachers' well-being. The nature of work and marriage affect the happiness of college teachers. Finally, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the well-being of college teachers. The society should provide a good environment for the survival and development of university teachers, and the school management should be teacher-oriented. Teachers themselves should actively pursue and create happiness, through the social, school and teachers themselves to work together to improve the well-being of university teachers.
