美国专业学位硕士研究生培养模式研究

【摘要】:近年来,由于经济结构和就业结构的精细分化,高级应用型人才在社会发展的众多领域中的需求量增大,所以专业学位硕士研究生的教育受到极大的重视。但是我国已经发展的专业学位硕士研究生教育还存在着许多的不足,需要迫切的研究有效的改革措施,使我国的专业学位能够更好的为社会发展服务。相比较我国而言,美国的专业学位硕士研究生教育发展得较成熟,并且已经在美国的社会发展和经济增长中发挥了重要的作用。学习和研究美国的专业学位硕士研究生的培养模式,从培养模式的理念中,提炼出适合我国专业学位硕士研究生改革的参考价值。 本研究运用历史文献法、比较研究法、案例分析法三种研究方法进行研究与解读。通过历史文献法梳理美国专业学位硕士研究生的发展历程;运用比较研究法对中美两国的专业学位硕士研究生的培养模式进行分析;在深度解析美国专业学位硕士研究生的培养模式时,结合美国大学中现行的培养方案,利用实际的案例来支撑文章中的论点。 本研究总共分为四个部分,第一个部分依据美国专业学位硕士研究生历史发展的状况将其分为起步、发展和成熟三个阶段,对每个阶段的历史背景、发展状况及发展特点进行详细的解读。第二个部分专门研究美国专业学位硕士研究生培养模式的各个要素,从培养目标、招生入学、培养内容、培养方式到质量评价,逐步分析美国专业学位硕士研究生的培养模式。第三个部分总结和归纳美国专业学位硕士研究生培养模式中的特点:导向明确的培养目标;标准严格的准入制度;科学化的课程设置及教学形式;多元化的培养方式;公正专业的质量评估体系。最后一个部分结合美国专业学位硕士研究生培养模式的特点和我国专业学位硕士研究生培养过程中所出现的问题;得出美国模式对我国专业学位硕士研究生改革的启示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the fine differentiation of economic structure and employment structure, the demand for advanced applied talents in many fields of social development has increased. Therefore, great attention is paid to the education of professional degree and master degree graduate students. However, there are still many deficiencies in the development of professional degree and master degree graduate education in China, which requires urgent research and effective reform measures. So that our professional degree can better serve the social development. Compared with our country, the graduate education of professional degree and master degree in the United States has developed more mature. And has played an important role in the social development and economic growth of the United States. The reference value for the reform of professional degree and master degree graduate students in our country has been abstracted. This study uses the historical literature method, the comparative research method, the case analysis method to carry on the research and the interpretation, through the historical literature method combs the American specialized degree master degree graduate student's development course; Using the method of comparative research, this paper analyzes the training mode of professional degree and master degree in China and the United States, and, when deeply analyzing the training mode of American professional degree and master degree, combines the current training programs in American universities. Use the actual case to support the argument in the article. This research is divided into four parts. The first part is divided into three stages: starting, developing and maturing according to the historical development of American professional degree graduate students, and the historical background of each stage. The second part is devoted to the study of the various elements of the training model for American professional degree and graduate students, from training objectives, enrollment, contents, training methods to quality evaluation. The third part summarizes and sums up the characteristics of the training mode of American professional degree and master degree graduate students: guiding clear training goal, strict admission system, and so on. Scientific curriculum and teaching form; The last part combines the characteristics of the training mode of American professional degree and master degree and the problems in the process of training professional degree and master degree in our country; The enlightenment of American model to the reform of professional degree and master degree in our country is obtained.
