美国高校教师养老金制度

【摘要】：正美国的养老金体系由三个支柱构成:联邦政府提供的强制性社会保障(Social Security)计划;政府和雇主养老金计划;个人储蓄计划。本文在对美国养老金体系总体框架予以介绍的基础上,重点关注高校教师的养老金制度。一、美国养老金体系的框架1.强制性社会保障计划强制性社会保障计划是根据1935年联邦政府通过的《社会保障法》建立的,是应对经济大萧条的产物。原则上,公共部门、私人部门和非营利部门工作的雇员、自由职业者都须参加强制性社会保障。
[Abstract]:The pension system in the United States consists of three pillars: a federal compulsory social security scheme; a government and employer pension scheme; Based on the introduction of the general framework of American pension system, this paper focuses on the pension system of college teachers. The framework of the United States pension system 1. Mandatory social security programs were established under the 1935 Federal Social Security Act and were the product of a response to the Great Depression. In principle, the public sector, Employees and freelancers in the private and non-profit sectors are required to participate in compulsory social security.
