福建省不同群体高等教育入学机会变化调查研究

【摘要】：本文通过档案调查、问卷调查以及样本量的数理统计和分析,发现随高等教育大规模扩招,福建省各阶层子女高等教育入学机会差异在总体数量上呈现先扩大后缩小变化形式,且各阶层子女高等教育入学机会均等问题已由数量差异问题转为质量差异问题,另外,各阶层子女专业选择机会也与其家庭所处社会阶层有一定对应关系。对福建城乡子女高等教育入学机会变化差异进行研究,则发现福建城乡子女高等教育入学机会无论在数量上还是在质量上,都已趋向均等。因此,福建不同群体高等教育入学机会均等问题已由城乡机会均等问题转为要更多关注阶层均等问题。根据这样的研究结论,本文认为当前缩小福建不同群体高等教育入学机会差异的现实策略应该为：在教育内部,全面改善高中教育质量,继续稳步进行高等教育大规模扩招,加大对高等教育经费投入,加强普通本科院校教育质量的提升,还要推进优质高职、高专建设,使更多弱势群体学生能够获得优质高等教育资源；在教育外部,要进一步完善社会保障机制,通过改善弱势群体生活水平,切实提高弱势群体在接受高等教育中不利处境。
[Abstract]:Through file investigation, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics and analysis of sample size, it is found that with the large-scale enrollment expansion of higher education, the difference of enrollment opportunities of children from all walks of life in Fujian Province presents the form of expansion first and then narrowing down.Moreover, the problem of equal access to higher education has changed from quantity difference to quality difference. In addition, there is a certain correspondence between the choice of professional opportunities of children and the social stratum of their families.Based on the study of the difference between urban and rural children's higher education entrance opportunities in Fujian Province, it is found that the higher education entrance opportunities of urban and rural children in Fujian Province have tended to be equal in terms of both quantity and quality.Therefore, the problem of equal access to higher education among different groups in Fujian has changed from equal opportunities in urban and rural areas to more attention to class equality.According to the conclusion of this study, this paper holds that the current realistic strategy to reduce the difference of higher education admission opportunities of different groups in Fujian should be: within the education, to improve the quality of high school education in an all-round way, and to continue to steadily expand the enrollment of higher education on a large scale.To increase investment in higher education, to enhance the quality of education in ordinary colleges and universities, and to promote the construction of high-quality higher vocational and higher education, so that more students from disadvantaged groups can obtain high-quality higher education resources.It is necessary to further improve the social security mechanism, improve the living standards of the disadvantaged groups, and effectively improve the disadvantaged situation of the disadvantaged groups in receiving higher education.
