大学生创新能力结构与培养路径研究

【摘要】:大学生创新能力的培养是一个具有理论研究与实践价值的课题。处于高等教育范畴的本科生教育,承担着培养具备创新能力人才,践行国家“科教兴国”战略的重大任务。因此本科生教育要加强对创新能力的理论研究与实践探索,寻求结合点,培养和造就更多的具备创新能力的人才。 论文基于实证研究的视角,采用问卷调查的方式收集数据,综合运用定量和定性研究方法进行分析,构建大学生创新能力结构模型,分析不同人口学变量的大学生创新能力的差异,接着分析大学生创新能力的培养路径,最后提出提高大学生创新能力的对策建议,以期能为提高高校大学生创新能力提供参考。 本研究共分为六个部分,第一部分是绪论。包括选题背景、研究意义、国内外研究综述、研究思路、研究工具。第二部分为问卷的编制及发放,阐述问卷工具的设计及施测过程。第三部分为大学生创新能力结构探析,用探索性因子分析及验证性因子分析确定结构模型。第四部分为大学生创新能力培养路径结构探析,用探索性因子分析及验证性因子分析确定结构模型。第五部分为大学生创新能力现状调查分析,分析大学生创新能力在不同人口学变量下的差异、分析不同路径对大学生创新能力培养的不同影响。第六部分为研究结论及展望。 研究发现,大学生创新能力的整体水平还有待加强,有必要从国家教育政策和学校制度上保证大学生创新能力的培养,将基础知识学习与综合素质培养并重;大学生的创新能力在年级、生源地和政治面貌上没有显著差异,不应过分强调生源地及政治面貌差异;不同类别高校的大学生创新能力水平不一样,经调查发现部属院校大学生创新能力高于一般本科院校,一般本科院校大学生的创新能力高于省属重点院校,省属重点院校应着重加强大学生创新能力的培养;广泛参与活动对大学生创新能力的培养有明显促进作用,高校应鼓励学生走出课堂,积极参与活动;重视发挥指导老师对学生活动的主导作用;关注活动负责人的领导能力;健全学校关于活动的相关政策。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of college students' innovative ability is a subject of theoretical research and practical value.Undergraduate education in the field of higher education undertakes the important task of cultivating talents with innovative ability and carrying out the national strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education".Therefore, the undergraduate education should strengthen the theoretical research and practical exploration of innovation ability, seek the joint point, cultivate and bring up more talents with innovation ability.Based on the perspective of empirical research, this paper collects the data by questionnaire, and analyzes it by using quantitative and qualitative research methods to construct the structural model of college students' innovation ability.This paper analyzes the differences of college students' innovation ability with different demographic variables, and then analyzes the cultivation path of college students' innovation ability, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving college students' innovation ability, in order to provide reference for improving college students' innovation ability.This research is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction.Including the topic background, research significance, domestic and foreign research review, research ideas, research tools.The second part is the preparation and distribution of the questionnaire, the design of the questionnaire tool and the test process.The third part is the structure analysis of college students' innovation ability, which uses exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to determine the structure model.The fourth part analyzes the path structure of college students' innovative ability cultivation, and uses exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to determine the structure model.The fifth part is the investigation and analysis of the present situation of college students' innovation ability, analyzes the difference of college students' innovation ability under different demographic variables, and analyzes the different influence of different paths on the cultivation of college students' innovation ability.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research.The study found that the overall level of college students' innovative ability still needs to be strengthened, it is necessary to ensure the cultivation of college students' innovative ability from the national education policy and school system, and pay equal attention to basic knowledge learning and comprehensive quality training.The innovation ability of college students has no significant difference in grade, origin of students and political outlook, so it should not be overemphasized on the difference of students' origin and political outlook, and the level of innovation ability of students in different types of colleges and universities is different.Through the investigation, it is found that the innovation ability of the subordinate college students is higher than that of the general undergraduate college, and the innovation ability of the general undergraduate college students is higher than that of the provincial key university, and the provincial key colleges and universities should focus on strengthening the cultivation of the innovation ability of the students.Extensive participation in activities can obviously promote the cultivation of college students' innovative ability. Colleges and universities should encourage students to go out of the classroom and actively participate in activities, pay attention to the leading role of guiding teachers to students' activities, and pay close attention to the leadership ability of the persons in charge of the activities.Improve school policy on activities.
