基于OSCE模式的社区护理课程改革研究

【摘要】：正随着新医改方案的推行,社区预防、保健、医疗、康复、健康教育及计划生育技术指导六位于一体的社区卫生团队服务模式成功运行。社区护理人员是社区卫生服务团队的重要组成,有时身兼数职,肩负多重任务。为满足新医改对社区护理人员的素质和能力要求,必须对专门培养社区护士岗位能力的社区护理课程进行改革。1《社区护理》课程改革依据1.1客观结构化临床技能考试(OSCE)模式OSCE于1979年由Harden与Gleeson两人首创[1]。OSCE是根据教学目标,通过模拟实际临床工作的场景,按照临床各专业工作领域
