华中科技大学远缘跨学科研究的发展研究

【摘要】:知识的分类缘于人类认识的局限,这种分类确实促进了学科与科学研究的发展。但随着社会及科学的发展,单一学科所开展的研究已远远不能满足实际需要,远缘跨学科研究便应需而生。远缘跨学科研究的出现不仅是科学发展的自身逻辑,是社会的现实需要,更对高等学校的发展有着重要意义。华中科技大学在其发展历程中,依托学校的强大的理工科优势,发展出独具特色的人文社会科学,取得了一定的成绩,产生了重大的反响。那么,华中科技大学的远缘跨学科研究的发展目前到底处于何种水平,,是否存在着一些不足,对此如何改进,这是本研究试图解决的问题。 本研究选取北京大学、清华大学等六所研究型大学作为华中科技大学同型比较的对象,对七所高校近十年来公开发表的远缘跨学科研究论文进行筛选与统计。华中科技大学的远缘跨学科研究的总数和总次数分别为153和168,均处于七所学校中的中下水平。根据收集的数据,利用Ucinet软件构建七所高校的远缘跨学科研究的社会网络图,并对各自网络图的密度、中心度以及结点间平均距离等指标进行计算。得到的结果是,华中科技大学的远缘跨学科研究的网络密度为0.1267,结点间平均距离为2.706,这两项数据在七所学校中均排在第六。依照数据与相关的网络图,可以得到的结论是华中科技大学远缘跨学科研究发展在七所高校中处于中下水平,存在着网络密度较低、网络结点之间距离偏大、高中心度的结点偏少及网络的稳固性较差等不足。 在此基础上,本研究对远缘跨学科研究发展较好的三所学校清华大学、浙江大学及复旦大学进行研究,发现三校从组织、资金及人员等方面对远缘跨学科研究进行政策的支持,并且积极建设相应的远缘跨学科研究平台以促进研究的开展。而华中科技大学在这些方面与这几所高校有着明显的差距。有鉴于此,本研究便从学校相关政策的支持与科研平台的建设两个方面着手,提出相应的对策以促进华中科技大学远缘跨学科研究的发展。
[Abstract]:The classification of knowledge is due to the limitation of human cognition, and it really promotes the development of subject and scientific research.However, with the development of society and science, the research carried out by a single subject is far from satisfying the actual needs.The emergence of distant interdisciplinary research is not only the logic of scientific development, but also the practical need of society, and it is of great significance to the development of colleges and universities.In its development process, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, relying on its strong advantages of science and engineering, developed a unique humanities and social sciences, and achieved certain results, which has produced a significant response.So, what is the level of the far interdisciplinary research in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, whether there are some deficiencies, and how to improve it, which is the problem this study is trying to solve.In this study, six research universities, such as Peking University and Tsinghua University, were selected as the objects of homotypic comparison of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and the distant interdisciplinary research papers published by seven universities in recent ten years were screened and counted.The total number and total number of distant interdisciplinary studies in Huazhong University of Science and Technology are 153 and 168, respectively, which are at the middle and lower levels of the seven schools.According to the collected data, the social network map of distant interdisciplinary research in seven universities is constructed by using Ucinet software, and the density, center degree and average distance between nodes of each network chart are calculated.The results show that the network density and the average distance between nodes are 0.1267 and 2.706, respectively. The two data are ranked sixth among the seven schools in Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Huazhong University of Science and Technology).According to the data and the related network diagram, the conclusion can be drawn that the far interdisciplinary research and development of Huazhong University of Science and Technology is at the middle and lower level in the seven universities, and the network density is low, and the distance between the network nodes is relatively large.The node of high center degree is less and the stability of network is poor.On the basis of this, this study has carried out the research on three universities, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University and Fudan University, which have better development of distant interdisciplinary research. It is found that the three schools support the remote interdisciplinary research from the aspects of organization, funds and personnel.And actively build the corresponding distant interdisciplinary research platform to promote the development of research.Huazhong University of Science and Technology in these areas and these universities have a clear gap.In view of this, this study starts with the support of school policies and the construction of scientific research platform, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of far interdisciplinary research in Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
