转型跨越背景下山西省经管类本科生人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：当前山西省正处于转型跨越发展的特殊时期,在全面建设小康社会和建设试验区这两大任务下，大批优秀人才是实现这一目标的重要因素。企业作为市场经济活动的主要参与者和社会生产流通的直接参与者，是社会经济进步的主要力量。经管类人才的储备和质量决定地方经济发展的深度和潜力。我省在这一特殊时期需要大量优秀的人才在市场中发挥作用，对经济管理类人才的素质和能力提出了更高的要求,同时也给我省经管类人才的培养带来了极大的挑战。除了积极引进人才之外，省内高校是人才输出的重要资源。近年来，省内高校在经管类专业人才培养方面取得了一定的成就，本科类院校基本都设置有经管类专业，所培养的大批毕业生正不断投入到经济建设的各个领域，为山西经济的发展做出贡献。但是与发达地区高校的人才培养模式相比仍存在很多问题和不足，，这些都需要进一步研究探讨。本文以山西省经管类专业的人才培养模式为研究对象，首先对人才培养模式的概念、经管类专业的划分及特点进行总结，并对前人的研究成果进行了综述。然后从内外部因素两方面对山西省经管类专业人才培养模式的现状进行了分析，并总结出山西省经管类专业人才培养模式存在的问题和不足。最后，运用案例研究法进行展开分析，从哈佛商学院和宾夕法尼亚大学人才培养模式的案例中得到启发，从而总结山西省经管类专业人才培养模式优化的途径。
[Abstract]:At present, Shanxi is in a special period of transition and leapfrogging development. Under the two tasks of building a well-off society in an all-round way and constructing a pilot area, a large number of outstanding talents are the important factors to achieve this goal.Enterprises, as the main participants in market economy and direct participants in social production and circulation, are the main forces of social economic progress.The reserve and quality of economic management talents determine the depth and potential of local economic development.In this special period, our province needs a large number of outstanding talents to play a role in the market, put forward higher requirements for the quality and ability of economic and management talents, but also bring great challenges to the cultivation of economic and management talents in our province.In addition to the active introduction of talent, colleges and universities in the province is an important resource for the export of talent.In recent years, colleges and universities in the province have made certain achievements in the training of economic and management professionals, undergraduate colleges and universities have basically set up a major in economic management, and a large number of graduates are constantly engaged in various fields of economic construction.To contribute to the economic development of Shanxi.However, there are still many problems and shortcomings compared with the talent training model in developed universities, which need further study and discussion.This paper takes the talent training model of Shanxi Province as the research object, firstly summarizes the concept of the talent training mode, the division and characteristics of the economic management specialty, and summarizes the previous research results.Then it analyzes the current situation of the training mode of economic and management professionals in Shanxi Province from two aspects of internal and external factors, and summarizes the problems and shortcomings of the training mode of economic management professionals in Shanxi Province.Finally, the case study method is used to carry out the analysis, which is inspired by the cases of Harvard Business School and the University of Pennsylvania, so as to summarize the ways to optimize the talent training model of Shanxi Province's economic and management major.
