地方高校转型发展中应用技术型人才培养目标的实现

【摘要】：地方高校转型发展的实质是人才培养目标转型,是从培养学术型人才向培养应用技术型人才的转型,本文在分析应用技术型人才的内涵、基本标准、确立依据的基础上,提出了应用技术型人才培养目标的实现策略。
[Abstract]:The essence of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities is the transformation of the goal of talent cultivation, and the transition from the cultivation of academic talents to the cultivation of applied technical talents. This paper analyzes the connotation, basic standards, and establishes the basis of the applied technical talents.This paper puts forward the strategy of realizing the training target of applied technical talents.
