高校《形势与政策》课程建设研究

【摘要】：《形势与政策》是大学生了解党的路线、方针和政策的重要平台,是高校加强大学生思想政治工作的主阵地主渠道。深入探索《形势与政策》课程建设的成功经验,分析和解决课程规范化过程中的实际问题,是《形势与政策》课程建设的需要,更是大学生思想政治教育的新需要。论文对《形势与政策》课程的发展演变进行了回顾,分析了课程建设不同时期的特点,总结了课程建设取得的主要成就,指出了其中存在的主要问题,并提出解决问题的路径。尤其是文中提出的课程建设主要成就和主要问题,不是作者的主观推断,而是建立在问卷调查数据的统计基础上,建立在与中宣部、教育部颁布的《关于进一步加强高等学校学生形势与政策教育的通知》(教社政[2004]13号)关于课程规范化建设的要求对照上,保证了结论的准确性和科学性。 论文立足于调查研究和实证分析,侧重于数据分析和案例解构,有理有据,把《形势与政策》课建设从实践层面提升到学术层面,从实证研究到理论分析,具有自己的学术创新点和特色,弥补了相关研究的不足。
[Abstract]:"situation and Policy" is an important platform for college students to understand the Party's line, principles and policies, and is the main channel to strengthen the ideological and political work of college students. It is necessary for the curriculum construction of "situation and Policy" to deeply explore the successful experience of curriculum construction and to analyze and solve the practical problems in the course standardization. It is also the new need of ideological and political education for college students. This paper reviews the development and evolution of "situation and Policy" curriculum, analyzes the characteristics of different periods of curriculum construction, summarizes the main achievements of curriculum construction, points out the main problems, and puts forward the ways to solve the problems. In particular, the main achievements and problems of curriculum construction proposed in this paper are not the subjective inference of the author, but are based on the statistical basis of the questionnaire survey data and on the basis of the propaganda Department of the Central Committee. The "notice on further strengthening the situation and Policy Education of College students" issued by the Ministry of Education (Education Society Administration [2004] 13), compared with the requirements of curriculum standardization construction, ensures the accuracy and scientific nature of the conclusion. Based on investigation and empirical analysis, the thesis focuses on data analysis and case deconstruction, and puts forward the course construction of situation and Policy from practice to academic, from empirical research to theoretical analysis. Has its own academic innovation point and characteristic, has made up the related research insufficiency.
