云南省民办高校教师队伍建设问题与对策研究

【摘要】:21世纪是信息化、知识化的时代,云南省民办教育蓬勃发展,成为云南省高等教育中的一支重要力量。民办高校教师是办好民办高等学校的主体。建立一支政治素质好、业务素质高、结构合理的教师队伍是民办高校实现可持续发展战略的关键所在。但在云南省民办高校发展历程中,出现了很多新情况和新问题,教师队伍建设问题尤为突出。 本论文将分五部分对云南省民办高校教师队伍建设问题与对策进行研究: 第一章为绪论,主要是对本论文的问题的提出与研究意义、研究方法进行了说明,表述了云南省民办高校教师队伍建设研究的必要性,并对论文中的几个重要概念进行界定。 第二章是介绍了民办高校教师队伍建设的理论基础,,分别从双因素理论、人力资源理论、期望理论、教师专业化理论的历史演变和内涵的角度进行阐释,为本论文的研究奠定理论基础。 第三章是通过问卷调查法和访谈法对云南省民办高校教师队伍建设的现状调查分析,并以5所云南省民办高校为例,力求在实证调查的基础上了解云南省民办高校教师队伍建设的现状与存在的问题,从云南省民办高校教师队伍的教师结构和用人机制方面来分析当前云南省民办高校教师队伍的现状与存在的问题及原因分析。 第四章是进一步促进云南省民办高校教师队伍建设的对策思考。通过前面三章的铺垫,从云南省民办高校教师队伍建设的外部和内部两个维度提出建议,涉及到政策支持、制度保障等方面,为社会、学校等提供参考和借鉴,并以此作为全文的结束。 《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》中提出了要全面提高高等教育质量,全面提高人才培养质量,这些对高校教师素质的需求达到了前所未有的高度,世界各国也都在探索教师队伍建设的途径与方法,高素质的教师是学校发展的必然要求,关系到整个高等教育事业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is an era of information and knowledge. The private education in Yunnan Province is booming and has become an important force in Yunnan higher education. Teachers in private colleges and universities are the main body of running private colleges and universities. It is the key to realize the strategy of sustainable development for private colleges and universities to establish a contingent of teachers with good political quality, high professional quality and reasonable structure. However, in the course of the development of private colleges in Yunnan Province, there are many new situations and problems, especially the construction of teachers. This thesis will be divided into five parts to study the problems and countermeasures of the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province. The first chapter is the introduction, which is mainly about the significance of the research, the research methods, the necessity of the research on the construction of the teachers in the private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province, and the definition of several important concepts in the paper. The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities. It explains the historical evolution and connotation of the theory of dual factor, human resources, expectation and teacher specialization. It lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this thesis. The third chapter is to investigate and analyze the current situation of teachers' construction in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province by means of questionnaire survey and interview, and take 5 private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province as an example. On the basis of empirical investigation, the author tries to understand the current situation and existing problems of the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province. This paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and reasons of teachers in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province from the aspects of teacher structure and employment mechanism. The fourth chapter is to further promote the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province. Through the foreshadowing of the preceding three chapters, this paper puts forward some suggestions from the external and internal dimensions of the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in Yunnan Province, involving policy support, system support, and so on, and provides reference and reference for the society, schools, etc. And this as the end of the full text. In the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program 2010-2020, it is proposed that the quality of higher education and the quality of personnel training should be improved in an all-round way. These demands on the quality of teachers in colleges and universities have reached an unprecedented height. All the countries in the world are exploring the ways and methods of the construction of teachers. High quality teachers are the inevitable requirements of the development of schools, which is related to the sustainable development of the whole higher education.
