基于技能型人才培养的校企合作模式创新研究

【摘要】：当前,随着经济发展,企业对人才的需求日益旺盛,不仅需要掌握理论及管理知识的高级运营管理人才,同时也需要大批熟练一线技术操作,具备很强实践能力的技能型人才。要大力推进校企合作、工教结合,增强在校生的实践能力,创新校企合作模式。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of economy, the demand for talents is more and more strong, which not only needs the senior management talents who master the theory and management knowledge, but also needs a large number of skilled technical talents with strong practical ability. We should vigorously promote cooperation between schools and enterprises, combine work with education, enhance students' practical ability, and innovate the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises.
