高校教师岗前培训的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:师资队伍水平是高等教育质量和学术水平的决定性因素。要提升高等教育质量,建设高水平大学,关键是建设好一支高素质、专业化的师资队伍,这就需要把促进教师的专业发展和健康生活作为人才工作的根本出发点,为他们进修学习和提高学术水平与创新能力创造条件、提供机会。高校教师岗前培训有利于新教师适应其职业活动,对新教师的角色定位、情感归属有着巨大的引导作用。但,目前高校教师岗前培训存在一定的问题,需要我们加以探索和解决。文章共分五章:第一章,绪论。介绍研究的背景和意义,并对相关文献进行了梳理,阐述了研究的方法和创新点。第二章,高校教师岗前培训研究概述。阐述高校教师岗前培训研究的基本概念和理论基础。第三章,高校教师岗前培训的现状与问题。剖析了高校教师岗前培训的组织现状,内容现状,考核现状以及效果等,并对存在的问题及原因进行了分析。第四章,优化高校教师岗前培训管理的建议。提出应分别从提高对高校教师岗前培训的认识、优化培训内容和模式、加强培训的过程管理与考核等三个方面加以调整,以提高岗前培训的效果。第五章,结论。本研究主要采用文献分析、比较分析、系统分析等多种研究方法。在对策建议上结合了目标管理,以需求为导向确定培训内容以及实施绩效考核管理,提高培训工作实效等方面具有创新性。此研究对于加强高等学校教师队伍建设,提高教师整体素质具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The level of teaching staff is the decisive factor of higher education quality and academic level. In order to improve the quality of higher education and build a high level university, the key is to build a high-quality and professional teaching staff. This requires that the promotion of teachers' professional development and healthy life be taken as the fundamental starting point of human resources work. To create conditions and opportunities for them to further their studies and improve their academic and innovative abilities. Pre-job training of teachers in colleges and universities is helpful for new teachers to adapt to their professional activities and play a great guiding role in the role orientation and emotional attribution of new teachers. However, there are some problems in pre-job training of teachers in colleges and universities, which need to be explored and solved. The article is divided into five chapters: chapter one, introduction. This paper introduces the background and significance of the research, combs the related literatures, and expounds the methods and innovations of the research. The second chapter, the university teacher pre-employment training research summary. This paper expounds the basic concept and theoretical basis of the research on teachers' pre-employment training in colleges and universities. The third chapter, the status quo and problems of teachers' pre-job training in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the present situation of organization, content, examination and effect of teachers' pre-job training in colleges and universities, and analyzes the existing problems and reasons. The fourth chapter, the suggestion of optimizing the management of teachers' pre-post training in colleges and universities. In order to improve the effect of pre-job training, it should be adjusted from three aspects: improving the understanding of teachers' pre-job training, optimizing the training content and mode, and strengthening the process management and examination of the training. Chapter V, conclusion. This study mainly uses literature analysis, comparative analysis, system analysis and other research methods. It combines the target management with the countermeasures and suggestions, determines the training content in the direction of demand, implements the performance appraisal management, and improves the actual effect of the training work, and so on. This research has certain reference value for strengthening the construction of teachers' team in colleges and universities and improving the teachers' overall quality.
