高等教育国际化动因理论的演变与新构想

【摘要】：高等教育国际化动因理论在20多年的发展中,形成了以政治、经济、学术、文化为核心的四要素动因理论及后来经过改造发展的以国家和院校层面为分析框架的二维动因理论。随着高等教育国际化主体的增多和国际环境的变化,我们提出了以政治、经济、社会文化、学术及人力资源五个维度为纵坐标,以国际组织、区域、国家及高等院校四个层面为横坐标的高等教育国际化动因理论新框架。
[Abstract]:In the more than 20 years' development of the theory of internationalization motivation of higher education, it has formed the four factor motivation theory with politics, economy, academic and culture as the core, and the two-dimensional motivation theory with the national and college level as the analysis frame which has been reformed and developed later. With the increase of international subjects in higher education and the change of international environment, we put forward five dimensions of political, economic, social and cultural, academic and human resources as the vertical coordinate, to international organizations, regions, The new frame of higher education internationalization motivation theory is the four levels of state and higher education.
