高校德育和法制教育整合研究

【摘要】:随着各种“大学生犯罪事件”的出现,社会矛盾的加剧,社会转型期,大学生的道德水平和法律素养成为令人关注和担忧的问题。整个高校法制教育体制是一种倒置的金字塔结构,即出了问题再补救的类型。中国社会处于转型期,社会转型给大学生带来了机遇和挑战。当今大学生拜金主义、功利主义风气十分严重;一些大学生行为离谱,藐视道德和法律,一切以物质为前提,忽视集体和国家利益,忽视他人利益,缺乏社会责任感。中国走向国际化,提高大学生的道德素质和法律素养,大学生将他们的聪明才智和高尚修养与素质运用到实际建设中去,对于整个国家特别是市场经济建设起着重要作用。本论题研究的直接目的在于降低大学生犯罪率。高校的思想政治教育课是目前对大学生进行引导的主要载体,构建一个完整的体系,整合德育和法制教育两个学科的内容于思想政治教育当中去,将取得一个较好的效果。 本文从五个部分进行了论述,第一部分主要探讨高校德育和法制教育的关系,两者既相互交叉也相互不同。通过对教育目标、内容和功能的对比,研究德育和法制教育两者的根本性差异,已经整合的理论依据。第二部分对中西方高等教育德育和法制教育,总的来说是思想政治教育的综合比较。西方国家大多数较好的将法制教育融合进德育,取得了一定的效果,其背景差异、时代和文化差异以及采取的渗透式整合教育方式值得我们研究学习。第三部分主要通过南京高校进行问卷调查,分析目前大学生对高校德育和法制教育,乃至整个思想政治教育工作的看法,对所取得的效果,存在的问题,通过对存在的问题进行分析,提出如果整合可能带来提高教育资源利用率、提高教育资源利用率等利好,,为整合提供了更坚实的理论分析基础,第四部分对如果开展整合工程,应当遵循以人为本、约束与监督的原则,通过建立监督与实施机制开展工程。第五部分论述了高校德育和法制教育整合的具体实施路径,这也是本文的创新部分。在实施路径方面,建议采取西方渗透式的教育,建立专业的为整合而建设的师资队伍,同时提升法制教育的地位,改变传统的以道德代替法律的教育模式,开展符合中国特色的、时代特色的整合研究。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of various "college students' crimes" and the aggravation of social contradictions, the moral level and legal literacy of college students have become a concern and concern in the period of social transformation. The whole legal education system in colleges and universities is a kind of inverted pyramid structure, that is, the type of remedying problems. Chinese society is in the transition period, the social transformation has brought the opportunity and the challenge to the university student. Nowadays, college students' money worship and utilitarianism are very serious, some college students' behavior is outrageous, they defy morality and law, all take the material as the premise, ignore the collective and national interests, ignore the interests of others, and lack the sense of social responsibility. It is very important for the whole country, especially for the market economy construction, for China to internationalize, to improve the moral quality and legal accomplishment of college students, and to apply their intelligence, intelligence and noble cultivation and quality to the actual construction. The direct purpose of this thesis is to reduce the crime rate of college students. The course of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the main carrier to guide college students at present. To construct a complete system and to integrate the contents of moral education and legal education in ideological and political education will achieve a better effect. The first part mainly discusses the relationship between moral education and legal education in colleges and universities. Through the comparison of educational objectives, contents and functions, this paper studies the fundamental difference between moral education and legal education, which has been integrated with the theoretical basis. The second part is a comprehensive comparison of ideological and political education between Chinese and western higher education moral education and legal education. Most of the western countries integrate legal education into moral education and get certain results. The background differences, times and cultural differences, as well as the permeable integrated education methods, are worthy of our study and study. The third part mainly through the Nanjing university carries on the questionnaire investigation, analyzes the present university student to the university moral education and the legal system education, and even the entire ideological and political education work view, to the obtained effect, the existence question, Through the analysis of the existing problems, the author points out that if integration may bring about the improvement of the utilization rate of educational resources and the utilization rate of educational resources, it will provide a more solid theoretical analysis basis for the integration. In the fourth part, if the integration project is to be carried out, We should follow the principle of people-oriented, restraint and supervision, and carry out the project through establishing supervision and implementation mechanism. The fifth part discusses the concrete implementation path of the integration of moral education and legal education in colleges and universities, which is also the innovation part of this paper. In terms of the implementation path, it is suggested that Western infiltrating education should be adopted, a professional teaching staff should be set up for integration, at the same time, the status of legal education should be promoted, and the traditional education model of replacing law with morality should be changed. To carry out research on conformity with Chinese characteristics and the characteristics of the times.
