试论当前我国大学生社会责任意识的培育

【摘要】：大学生是社会主义事业的建设者和接班人，是中华民族实现伟大复兴的坚强后盾，它直接关系着社会主义事业的兴衰成败。近年来，伴随着改革开放的不断深入，我国的经济结构、利益分配和人们的生活方式都发生了极大的变化。大学生思想的独立性、差异性与多变性不断加强，思想观念空前活跃，他们的价值观不可避免地出现了多元化的局面。我国要培养社会主义事业的建设者和接班人，就应该立足于当前的时代特点和学生实际，全面科学的对大学生社会责任意识的培养进行分析，探索培养的途径和方法，这对于满足我国建设社会主义和谐社会的要求、实现新时期人才培养方针，具有重要的意义。本文立足于前人已有研究基础之上，，对大学生社会责任意识的培育进行了深入剖析，并结合前人的研究成果全面界定了大学生责任意识的概念。通过采用文献法、访谈法、统计法和问卷调查法，针对我国当代大学生的社会责任意识进行了深入的调查和分析，调查结果反映出大学生社会责任意识出现弱化的趋势。主要表现在:大学生对社会责任的理解层次不高，社会责任意识具有较大波动性、实用性、利己性和矛盾性。从培育的过程来看，社会、学校、家庭没有形成良好的合力，高校作为大学生社会责任意识培育的主阵地，在大学生社会责任意识培育过程中还存在着许多不足。笔者以问卷结果为事实依据，借鉴国内外大学生责任意识的教育理论，深入分析了当前我国大学生责任意识的现状以及责任意识弱化的原因，并在此基础上从社会、学校、家庭和学生自身四个方面有针对性地提出了大学生社会责任意识培育的有效路径。
[Abstract]:College students are the builders and successors of the socialist cause and the strong backing for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is directly related to the success or failure of the socialist cause. In recent years, with the deepening of reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in China's economic structure, benefit distribution and people's way of life. The independence, diversity and variability of college students' thoughts are constantly strengthened, their ideas are more active than ever, and their values inevitably have a pluralistic situation. In order to train the constructors and successors of the socialist cause, our country should base itself on the characteristics of the present times and students' reality, analyze the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility in an all-round and scientific way, and explore the ways and methods of the cultivation. This is of great significance to meet the requirements of building a harmonious socialist society in our country and to realize the training policy of talents in the new period. Based on the previous research, this paper deeply analyzes the cultivation of college students' social responsibility consciousness, and defines the concept of college students' responsibility consciousness comprehensively combined with the previous research results. By using the methods of literature, interview, statistics and questionnaire, this paper makes a deep investigation and analysis on the consciousness of social responsibility of contemporary college students in our country. The results show that the consciousness of social responsibility of college students is weakening. The main manifestations are: college students' understanding of social responsibility is not high, the awareness of social responsibility is fluctuating, practical, egoistic and contradictory. From the point of view of cultivation process, society, school and family have not formed a good resultant force. As the main position of cultivating college students' social responsibility consciousness, colleges and universities still have many shortcomings in the process of cultivating college students' social responsibility consciousness. Based on the results of the questionnaire and the educational theory of college students' responsibility consciousness at home and abroad, the author deeply analyzes the present situation of the responsibility consciousness of college students in our country and the reasons for the weakening of the responsibility consciousness, and on this basis, from the society and the school, The four aspects of family and students put forward the effective way to cultivate the sense of social responsibility of college students.
