学业报告卡:意义阐释、内容逻辑和质量保障——基于美国伊利诺伊州学业报告卡的研究

【摘要】:学业报告卡对外应满足公众对教育的问责需求,对内应能为学生学习改进提供依据。美国伊利诺伊州的学业报告卡在美实行较早,也较为完善。通过对该学业报告卡的分析,指出其信息公开和双重问责的意义阐释、标准驱动和证据文化的内容逻辑、政府协同治理、市场技术支持、社会共同参与三管齐下的质量保障特征,并从鼓励信息公开、注重诊断指引功能以及规范内容标准、促进研制的专业化四个方面为我国学业报告卡的完善提出了研究借鉴。
[Abstract]:The academic report card should meet the public's need for accountability in education and provide the basis for the improvement of students' learning. The Illinois academic report card was implemented earlier and better in the United States. Based on the analysis of the academic report card, this paper points out the significance of information openness and double accountability, the content logic of standard driving and evidence culture, the cooperative governance of government, the market technical support. The social participation in the three-pronged quality assurance features, and from encouraging information disclosure, focusing on diagnostic guidance function and standardization of content standards, promoting the development of professional four aspects for the improvement of academic report cards in China.
