论当代大学生思想政治教育中的人文关怀

【摘要】：人文关怀是一种理解人、尊重人、关心人的活动。而从本质上看,思想政治教育也就是一种人文关怀,是一种具有浓郁且深刻的人文精神的教育活动。因此,高校思想政治教育中的人文关怀是指高校思想政治教育者将以人为本的观念贯彻到思想政治教育全过程,其目的在于增强思想政治教育的人文精神,使受教育者在思想政治素养得到提高的同时,人性品格、情商指数、内在潜能以及个体价值也都能得到发展和实现的教育实践活动。人文关怀和思想政治教育具有同一性和交互性,对促进大学生全面发展,提高思想政治教育实效意义重大。然而,通过对长沙市区的湖南师范大学、湖南大学、湖南女子大学、湖南中医药大学、湖南交通职业技术学院以及湖南生物机电职业技术学院等六所高等院校的20名思想政治教育工作者以及在校大学生进行访谈调查,我们发现当前在我国的高校,人文关怀在思想政治教育是存在缺失的,主要表现为:大学生群体的多元化、层次性需要未被全面理解,大学生的主体地位和主体意识未受到教育者充分的肯定和尊重,以及大学生的主动性、积极性、创造性和能动性未获得充分的关爱。究其原因,我们会发现国内高校“以人为本”的理念未受重视,开展人文关怀和心理疏导的专业师资队伍不足,而且情感教育、网络教育、文化教育和活动教育在高校思想政治教育中发挥的教育合力尚未形成。同时,中国社会转型所带来的价值观冲突也给高校思想政治教育实现人文关怀增添了难度。因此,在我国高校思想政治教育中实现人文关怀,首先就必须理清思路,也就是说高校思想政治教育者应坚定不移地贯彻“以人为本”的教育理念;在教育过程中要理解透大学生的个性需要,引导大学生的个性需要和社会要求同步,注重思想政治教育手段的传统与新媒体相结合;将关爱学生和引导大学生自主学习引入教育全过程,使高校思想政治教育变为充满爱的活动;并且还要通过打造专家化的思想政治教育队伍、民主开放的高校组织管理体制、和谐的校园精神文化,为人文关怀的实施营造好硬件环境和软件氛围。
[Abstract]:Humanistic care is an activity of understanding, respecting and caring for people. In essence, ideological and political education is a kind of humanistic concern and an educational activity with rich and profound humanistic spirit. Therefore, humanistic care in ideological and political education in colleges and universities means that ideological and political educators in colleges and universities carry out the concept of "people-oriented" into the whole process of ideological and political education, the purpose of which is to strengthen the humanistic spirit of ideological and political education. At the same time, the educatee can develop and realize the educational practice activities such as human character, emotional quotient index, intrinsic potential and individual value while the ideological and political accomplishment of the educatee is improved. Humanistic care and ideological and political education are of great significance for promoting the all-round development of college students and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education. However, through the study of Hunan normal University, Hunan Women's University, Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine, A survey of 20 ideological and political educators and college students from six universities, such as Hunan Institute of Communications and Vocational Technology and Hunan College of Biomechanics and Technology, was conducted. We found that colleges and universities in our country are at present. Humanistic solicitude is absent in ideological and political education, which is mainly manifested in: the diversity of college students' groups, the lack of comprehensive understanding of the needs of hierarchy, and the lack of recognition and respect of the subject status and consciousness of college students. And the initiative, enthusiasm, creativity and initiative of college students are not adequately cared for. The reason is that we will find that the concept of "people-oriented" in domestic colleges and universities has not been taken seriously, that there are not enough professional teachers who carry out humanistic care and psychological guidance, and that emotional education and network education are not enough. The educational resultant force of cultural education and activity education in ideological and political education in colleges and universities has not yet been formed. At the same time, the conflict of values brought by the transformation of Chinese society makes it more difficult for ideological and political education to realize humanistic concern. Therefore, to realize humanistic concern in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in our country, we must first clarify our thinking, that is to say, the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities should unswervingly carry out the educational concept of "people-oriented"; In the process of education, we should understand the individual needs of college students, guide them to synchronize their individual needs with social demands, and pay attention to the combination of the tradition of ideological and political education with the new media. It is necessary to introduce caring for students and leading college students into the whole process of education, so that ideological and political education in colleges and universities becomes an activity full of love, and also through building an expert contingent of ideological and political education, a democratic and open organization and management system of colleges and universities should be established. Harmonious campus spirit culture, for the implementation of humanistic care to create a good hardware environment and software atmosphere.
