关于“微辅导”模式构建的思考——兼论“微文化”视野下社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行

【摘要】:"微辅导"作为一种全新的辅导模式,不是对传统辅导模式的简单替换和发展,而是为应对"微时代"背景下当代大学生全新的生存方式、全新的生活世界和全新的精神生态而产生的,主要是教育者以微博、微信等网络媒介为工具,注重个体和微观,注重人文关怀,以学生为主体,充分运用网络媒介的便捷性、平等性、灵活性、交互性等特点,以学生喜闻乐见的形式,对学生开展潜移默化、润物无声、触动心灵的辅导。"微辅导"模式以搭建与学生共同的交流平台为基础,以树立以学生为主体的教育理念为关键,以掌握基本的"微技巧"为核心,以具备基本的"微素养"为保障,形式多样,内容丰富。"微辅导"是引导当代大学生积极培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的重要途径。
[Abstract]:"Microtutoring" as a new mode of counseling, is not a simple replacement and development of the traditional mode of counseling, but to cope with the "micro-era" background of contemporary college students a new way of survival. The new life world and new spiritual ecology are mainly produced by educators using Weibo, WeChat and other network media as tools, paying attention to individual and micro, paying attention to humanistic concern, taking students as the main body, making full use of the convenience of network media. Equality, flexibility, interactivity, and other characteristics, in the form of students like to develop a subtle, silent, touching the soul of the guidance. " The mode of micro-tutoring is based on building a common communication platform with students, taking the concept of student-centered education as the key, mastering basic "micro-skills" as the core, and having basic "micro-literacy" as the guarantee. It's rich in content. " Microtutoring is an important way to guide contemporary college students to cultivate and practice the socialist core values.
