【摘要】:大量访谈显示21世纪初美国公立大学组织文化观念出现了重大转折:其首要使命变为以研究获得国内外学术声誉;研究业绩决定教师晋升;商业思潮淡漠了昔日学院式的人情味,功利主义抬头,个性与异议受压;孤立化的学术人员转以学科共同体为精神归宿,对治理大学兴味索然;行政人员由此开始自视为大学主人。
[Abstract]:A large number of interviews show that the organizational culture concept of American public universities has taken a significant turn in the early 21st century: its primary mission is to gain academic reputation at home and abroad through research, and research achievements determine the promotion of teachers. The trend of commercial thought is indifferent to the former collegiate humanism, the utilitarianism rises, the individuality and the dissent are under pressure, the isolated academic personnel turn to the discipline community as the spiritual destination, and have no interest in the governing university. As a result, administrators began to view themselves as university masters.
