高校网络德育资源的开发与利用研究

【摘要】:本世纪网络这一媒介的诞生与迅速普及,其影响深入渗透至高校教育的方方面面,因此对高校网络德育资源的开发利用成为高校德育工作与时俱进的一大标志。高校网络德育资源指用于高校德育过程,以数字化形式存在和表达,基于网络传播的,能构成、满足并影响高校德育活动的因素。目前在我国高校德育领域,网络通信、网络媒体、网络信息、网络教学或管理平台、网络论坛、博客、网络管理员等高校网络德育资源得到一定程度的开发与利用,但在此过程中仍存在不少问题。本研究旨在通过对高校网络德育资源开发利用现状的调查,反思高校网络德育资源开发与利用的不足,并提出相关建议和对策,帮助广大高校德育工作者更新德育资源观念,开拓网络时代德育工作的新思路。本研究主要采用问卷调查的方式,在多所高校面向大学生发放问卷,从大学生视角调查其所在高校网络德育资源开发利用的情况,并了解当下大学生对高校网络德育资源的获取、使用情况及评价和建议。通过调查发现,广大德育工作者对网络德育资源的使用意识在逐渐增强,但使用频率仍旧较低,也比较缺乏激发学生主体性并促使其使用网络资源进行自我道德教育的意识和行为。而大学生较多使用高校网络德育资源来获取学校信息、接受日常管理并与师生交流,而很少使用网络德育资源来获取德育资料、进行自我道德教育、开展道德实践或参与维护道德秩序。大学生对这些高校网络德育资源开发利用状况的评价一般,对这些资源的了解程度也不算高,不同种类的资源所获的评价和普及度均呈现出较大差异:提供和分享各种信息资料的高校网络德育资源获评较高,而用以直接进行道德监督管理和明确进行道德教育的资源则获评偏低。另外大学生对于高校网络资源的开发利用工作的建言献策体现出了他们对于高校网络德育资源较大的兴趣、较多的关注、较深的思考以及较高的要求。通过调查研究,本研究发现目前高校网络德育资源开发利用存在的主要问题包括:高校网络德育资源开发创新不足、层次偏浅;已开发高校网络德育信息资源质量有限;高校网络德育资源开发利用过程脱离主体;高校网络德育资源的开发利用缺乏整体性、未成体系;高校德育资源宣传普及工作不到位。本研究将这些问题归结为环境因素的冲击、资源开发的难度以及实际保障的不足等外部原因,和大学生内部道德发展新要求、德育工作者网络德育资源意识的缺乏、德育资源开发视野的局限等内部原因。针对这些问题,本研究以主体性德育思想、“德育回归生活”的德育走向以及“交往”与“对话”的德育理论为理论依据,初步设计和制定了高校网络德育资源开发利用应遵循的流程及各环节原则,并提出了一些具体的实践策略。
[Abstract]:With the birth and rapid popularization of the network in this century, its influence has penetrated deeply into all aspects of university education. Therefore, the exploitation and utilization of the network moral resources in colleges and universities has become a symbol of advancing with the times in the work of moral education in colleges and universities. The network moral education resources in colleges and universities refer to the factors which are used in the process of moral education in colleges and universities, exist and express in the form of digitization and spread on the basis of the network, which can constitute, satisfy and influence the moral education activities in colleges and universities At present, in the field of moral education in colleges and universities in China, the resources of network moral education, such as network communication, network media, network information, network teaching or management platform, network forum, blog, network administrator and so on, have been developed and utilized to a certain extent. However, there are still many problems in this process. The purpose of this study is to reflect on the deficiency of the exploitation and utilization of the network moral education resources through the investigation of the current situation of the exploitation and utilization of the network moral education resources in colleges and universities, and to put forward some relevant suggestions and countermeasures to help the moral education workers in colleges and universities to update the concept of moral education resources. Open up a new way of moral education in the network age. This research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire, distributes the questionnaire to the university students in many universities, and investigates the development and utilization of the network moral education resources in the university from the perspective of the college students. And understand the current college students to the university network moral education resources acquisition, use and evaluation and suggestions. Through the investigation, it is found that the awareness of the use of network moral education resources is gradually strengthened, but the frequency of use is still relatively low. There is also a lack of awareness and behavior to stimulate students' subjectivity and promote their use of network resources for self-moral education. However, college students often use network moral resources to obtain school information, accept daily management and communicate with teachers and students, but rarely use network moral resources to obtain moral education materials and carry out self-moral education. Carry out moral practice or participate in maintaining moral order. College students' evaluation of the development and utilization of the network moral education resources in these colleges and universities is general, and their level of understanding of these resources is not high. The evaluation and popularity of different kinds of resources are different: the network moral education resources that provide and share all kinds of information are highly evaluated. The resources used for direct moral supervision and explicit moral education are underrated. In addition, the suggestions and suggestions of college students on the development and utilization of network resources in colleges and universities reflect their greater interest, more concern, deeper thinking and higher requirements for the resources of network moral education in colleges and universities. Through investigation and research, this study found that the main problems existing in the exploitation and utilization of the network moral education resources in colleges and universities include: insufficient innovation and shallow level in the development of the network moral education resources in colleges and universities, limited quality of the network moral education information resources in the developed colleges and universities; The process of exploitation and utilization of network moral education resources in colleges and universities is divorced from the main body; the exploitation and utilization of network moral education resources in colleges and universities lack integrity and system; the propaganda and popularization of moral education resources in colleges and universities are not in place. In this study, these problems can be attributed to the impact of environmental factors, the difficulty of resource development and the lack of practical protection, as well as the new requirements of college students' internal moral development, and the lack of network moral education resource consciousness of moral education workers. The limitation of the development of moral education resources and other internal reasons. In view of these problems, this study is based on the subjective moral education thought, the moral education trend of "moral education returning to life" and the moral education theory of "communication" and "dialogue". This paper preliminarily designs and formulates the flow and principle of the exploitation and utilization of network moral education resources in colleges and universities, and puts forward some concrete practical strategies.
