伦理视角下的大学教学研究

【摘要】：现代教学是科学性的活动,也是道德性的活动。随着社会形态的转变,办学体制的变化以及主体教育、“人本化”、“民主化”等新的教育思潮的涌现,大学教学中的伦理道德冲突问题凸显,对教学伦理的诉求已经越来越强烈,这就需要我们从伦理视角分析和解决大学教学中存在的伦理道德冲突问题。本文首先对伦理、教学伦理、教学道德等主要的相关概念进行了阐述,然后从伦理的视角分别对教学目的、教学内容、教学评价、教学关系、教学方法以及教学管理等几个方面阐述大学教学伦理蕴涵,为探讨大学教学中出现的伦理失范现象及解决对策的研究奠定理论基础。文章的最后,通过透视当下大学教学中存在的伦理问题,诸如教学偏见、缺乏关爱与尊重、教学民主性丧失等教学伦理性缺失等已被人们普遍熟知的伦理道德失范问题,并结合身边发生的教学过程中的工作人员表现出来的种种不道德或反道德的偏差性行为,列举了当前大学教学中几个主要的伦理失范的现象,然后围绕个体的精神自由,教学民主化,关爱和尊重学生以及教师职业道德等几个主要的伦理规范和要求,提出解决大学教学伦理失范问题的策略。
[Abstract]:Modern teaching is not only a scientific activity, but also a moral activity. With the change of social formation, the change of school running system and the emergence of new educational thoughts, such as "humanization" and "democratization", the problems of ethical and moral conflict in university teaching become prominent. The demand for teaching ethics has become more and more intense, which requires us to analyze and solve the ethical and moral conflicts in college teaching from the perspective of ethics. In this paper, the main related concepts, such as ethics and teaching morality, are expounded, and then, from the perspective of ethics, the teaching purpose, teaching content, teaching evaluation, teaching relationship are discussed respectively. The teaching methods and teaching management are discussed in this paper, which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the phenomenon of ethical anomie in college teaching and the countermeasures to solve it. Finally, through the perspective of the ethical problems existing in current university teaching, such as teaching prejudice, lack of care and respect, loss of teaching ethics, such as the loss of teaching democracy and so on, which have been widely known as ethical and moral anomie. Combined with the various immoral or anti-moral deviant behaviors of the staff in the teaching process around them, this paper enumerates several major ethical anomie phenomena in the current university teaching, and then revolves around the individual's spiritual freedom. The main ethical norms and requirements such as democratization of teaching care and respect for students' and teachers' professional ethics are put forward to solve the problem of college teaching ethics anomie.
