高校旅游专业本科毕业生就业指导研究

【摘要】:目前我国旅游人才培养机制日渐成熟,已形成了较为完善的旅游高等教育体系。旅游业也处于飞速发展的阶段,旅游业人才就业需求增长十分明显。但是旅游专业毕业生的就业情况却不是很乐观,旅游业中行业需求与旅游专业大学生在人才供给的对接中出现了相背离的状况,旅游管理专业学生就业难的问题日益显现。导致这种情况出现的原因与学生、社会、高校等各方面都有很大的关系,其中高校对旅游专业学生开展的就业指导工作是否到位也是一个非常重要的因素。高校如何对旅游专业毕业生开展富有针对性的就业指导,让学生在校期间就能够在专业就业指导人员的指导下,树立正确的人生方向,确立事业目标,建立与自身发展相适应的职业生涯规划,并努力实现这一目标,成为当前需要讨论和解决的问题。 本研究采用实证分析法,分别对我国五所设有旅游专业的高校本科毕业生、从事就业指导工作的教师进行问卷调查和访谈研究,目的是了解分析旅游专业本科毕业生就业准备及就业常识的普及情况,,了解高校对旅游专业学生的就业指导状况以及实施状况。在此基础上找出高校在旅游专业学生就业指导工作中存在的现状和问题,并针对这些现状和问题,提出了相应的建议。 本文的调查结果主要有如下四点: 第一,旅游专业本科毕业生对就业常识的了解程度低,其旅游行业就业心理准备不充分,对旅游就业中的政策及法规缺乏了解。 第二,学校没有摆正对旅游专业本科毕业生就业指导教育的位置,对就业指导工作的重视程度不够,在专业培养目标和课程设置中忽视了旅游就业教育的地位。 第三,对就业指导中心的工作职能和工作重心认知偏颇,对旅游专业学生的就业指导工作开展中采用的指导方法单一,针对性的不足,而且在日常专业教学中很少涉及旅游就业教育方面的内容,与旅游就业相关的内容没有加以足够的重视。 第四,师资力量薄弱,就业指导缺乏专业化,没有形成职业化的就业指导队伍。 最后本文从研究结果出发,针对上述状况,本研究提出加强旅游专业本科毕业生就业指导教育工作的建议。即高校要转变对就业指导工作的态度和观念,明确就业指导的目标;设置合理完整的就业指导课程体系,丰富对旅游专业本科毕业生就业指导的方法与内容;在就业指导工作中引进全程化就业指导;加强对旅游专业就业指导教育的师资培养等。
[Abstract]:At present, the tourism talents training mechanism of our country has matured day by day, and has formed a relatively perfect tourism higher education system. Tourism is also in the rapid development stage, tourism talent employment demand growth is very obvious. However, the employment situation of tourism graduates is not very optimistic, the tourism industry demand and tourism professional college students in the talent supply in the docking appears the situation of deviation, tourism management students are increasingly difficult to obtain employment. The causes of this situation are closely related to students, society, colleges and universities, among which whether the employment guidance work carried out by colleges and universities for students majoring in tourism is also a very important factor. How to carry out targeted employment guidance for tourism graduates in colleges and universities, so that students can set the correct direction of life and establish their career goals under the guidance of professional employment guidance personnel? It is necessary to discuss and solve the problem of setting up a career plan suitable to their own development and trying to achieve this goal. This research adopts the empirical analysis method, carries on the questionnaire investigation and the interview research to the five university graduates with tourism specialty and the teachers engaged in the employment guidance work respectively. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the situation of employment preparation and common sense of employment of undergraduate students majoring in tourism, and to understand the situation of employment guidance and implementation of colleges and universities for students majoring in tourism. On the basis of this, this paper finds out the present situation and problems existing in the employment guidance of tourism major students in colleges and universities, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions in view of the present situation and problems. The main findings of this paper are as follows: First, the undergraduate graduates of tourism major have a low level of understanding of common sense of employment, lack of adequate psychological preparation for employment in tourism industry, and lack of understanding of policies and regulations in tourism employment. Second, the school has not adjusted the position of employment guidance education to the undergraduate graduates of tourism major, paid less attention to the employment guidance work, neglected the position of tourism employment education in the professional training goal and curriculum design. Third, the work function and work focus of the employment guidance center is biased, and the guidance method used in the development of employment guidance for tourism students is single and targeted. Moreover, the content of tourism employment education is seldom involved in the daily professional teaching, and the contents related to tourism employment are not paid enough attention to. Fourth, teachers are weak, employment guidance lacks specialization and does not form a professional employment guidance team. Finally, based on the research results, the paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the employment guidance and education of undergraduate students majoring in tourism. That is to say, colleges and universities should change their attitudes and concepts on employment guidance, clarify the goal of employment guidance, set up a reasonable and complete curriculum system of employment guidance, enrich the methods and contents of employment guidance for undergraduate graduates majoring in tourism. The whole process employment guidance is introduced in the employment guidance work, and the teachers' training of the employment guidance education for the tourism specialty is strengthened.
