高校师生关系问题研究

【摘要】：师生关系是教育教学过程中最基本，最重要的人际关系，以教师的“教”和学生的“学”为纽带。在提倡民主、平等、自由、和谐的高校教育教学活动中，这一关系显得更为重要，高校师生关系是教师和学生在教育教学过程中为共同完成教学任务而建立的相互关系，它是教育功能实现的基石。良好的高校师生关系促进高等教育的发展，，反之，则会起到阻碍作用，因此研究高校师生关系是一个特别有意义的课题。本文从伦理视野的角度出发，以情感为依托，对高校中存在的不和谐现象分析师生关系的历史发展和时代对师生关系提出的要求，目前高校普遍存在的问题等一系列现状进行研究做出初步的探讨。通过对当前高校师生关系的特点了解的基础上，分析当前高校师生关系中存在的问题，并从教师、学生、学校、社会四个方面解析产生这些问题的原因并从教师、学生、学校和社会四个方面提出对应的对策，这样既可以促进高校的和谐发展也有利于社会主义的和谐发展。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and important interpersonal relationship in the process of education and teaching. In promoting democracy, equality, freedom and harmony, the relationship between teachers and students is the mutual relationship between teachers and students in order to complete the teaching task. It is the cornerstone of the realization of educational function. Good teacher-student relationship promotes the development of higher education, otherwise, it will hinder the development of higher education. Therefore, the study of teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities is a particularly meaningful topic. From the perspective of ethics, this paper, based on emotion, analyzes the historical development of teacher-student relationship and the demands of the times on teacher-student relationship. At present, a series of existing problems in colleges and universities are discussed. Based on the understanding of the characteristics of the teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teacher-student relationship in colleges and universities, and analyzes the causes of these problems from four aspects: teachers, students, schools and society, and analyzes the causes of these problems from the perspectives of teachers and students. The corresponding countermeasures from four aspects of school and society can promote the harmonious development of colleges and universities as well as the harmonious development of socialism.
