高校德育过程中理性与诗性的结合

【摘要】:德育应是理性与诗性并重的工作。德育中理性与诗性统一方能培养情感与理性、科学与艺术统一的全面发展的人。但当下一些高校德育中存在的偏重理性而淡漠诗性的现状,这一现状主要体现在一些高校具体德育目标设置、高校德育内容、高校德育实施过程以及高校德育教师队伍方面。高校德育存在的唯理性教育现象致使原本提高人们自身修养和道德境界的德育变得空洞、死板,缺乏生命力及灵性。德育成效也因此受到阻碍和限制。高校德育过程中不能仅仅注重对对象本质之思的教育,即不能仅注重逻辑的训练,现象与本质关系的逻辑判断,理性的话语,还要注重诗性之思的教育,进行诗意的、隐喻性的教育。 高校德育需要从唯理性教育中走出来,寻求与诗性德育的结合。高校德育中理性与诗性的结合有利于青年大学生道德人格的完善,有利于新时期创新型人才的培养,有利于改善唯理性教育的局面。在高校具体德育目标设置、高校德育内容、高校德育实施过程以及高校德育教师队伍方面应充分考虑理性与诗性的因素,寻求理性与诗性的结合,以更好地改善唯理性教育的现状,提高高校德育有效性,进而提升青年大学生的思想道德境界,培养向善、求真、审美的全面自由发展的大学生。
[Abstract]:Moral education should be both rational and poetic work. In moral education, the unity of rationality and poetry can cultivate the all-round development of emotion and rationality, science and art. However, the present situation of moral education in colleges and universities emphasizes on rationality and indifference to poetry, which is mainly reflected in the setting of specific moral education objectives, the content of moral education in colleges and universities, the implementation process of moral education in colleges and universities, and the teaching staff of moral education in colleges and universities. The phenomenon of rationalism in moral education in colleges and universities makes moral education, which originally improved people's self-cultivation and moral realm, become empty, rigid, lack of vitality and spirituality. Therefore, the effect of moral education is hindered and restricted. In the process of moral education in colleges and universities, we should not only pay attention to the education of the essence of the object, that is, we should not only pay attention to the training of logic, the logical judgment of the relationship between phenomenon and essence, the rational discourse, but also pay attention to the education of poetic thinking. Metaphorical education Moral education in colleges and universities needs to come out from rationalist education and seek the combination of poetic moral education. The combination of rationality and poetry in moral education in colleges and universities is conducive to the perfection of the moral personality of young college students, the cultivation of innovative talents in the new period, and the improvement of the situation of rationalism education. The rational and poetic factors should be fully considered in the setting of specific moral education objectives in colleges and universities, the content of moral education in colleges and universities, the implementation process of moral education in colleges and universities, and the teachers of moral education in colleges and universities, in order to seek the combination of rationality and poetry. In order to better improve the status quo of rationalism education, improve the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities, and then promote the ideological and moral realm of young students, cultivate the students who develop in an all-round and free way to the good, seek the truth and appreciate the beauty.
