新形势下增强工科院校“形势与政策”课程教学实效性研究

【摘要】:作为大学生思想政治理论课程的“形势与政策”,是对大学生进行思想政治教育的重要渠道。对大学生进行形势与政策教育,有利于帮助他们树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,并帮助他们形成健全的人格、培养强烈的社会责任感以及良好的文明行为习惯。但是在实际推进方面,却存在着这样那样的问题,影响到了这门课程教学的实效性。尽管许多学者已从多个角度对“形势与政策”课程教学的实效性进行了较为广泛的研究,并取得了许多研究成果,但经笔者广泛查阅资料发现,专门针对工科院校的“形势与政策”教学研究极为少见。本文在已有研究的基础上,运用调查研究、文献分析以及理论与实践相结合的方法,结合工科院校大学生的现状以及工科院校的办学特点,紧紧围绕“形势与政策”课程教学实效性这个主题,充分分析在新形势下工科院校“形势与政策”课程教学实效性存在的问题的基础上,深入探究工科院校“形势与政策”课程教学的实效性存在问题的原因,提出了增强工科院校“形势与政策”课程教学实效性的途径。 论文从以下三个部份进行论述: 论文的第一部份陈述工科院校“形势与政策”课程教学实效性的内涵以及增强这门课程实效性的意义。“形势与政策”这门课程的教学,对工科院校大学生的知识结构的改善以及思想理论水平的提高,对工科院校大学生的世界观、人生观和价值观的形成都起到了一定的促进作用,并帮助大学生在其实践中内化为思想认识,外化为大学生的实际行动。论文分别从适应工科院校坚持社会主义办学方向、提高工科院校大学生思想政治素质、促进新形势下工科院校“形势与政策”课程建设的发展等方面阐述了增强工科院校“形势与政策”课程教学实效性的意义。 论文的第二部份分析当前工科院校“形势与政策”课程教学存在的问题以及其原因。当前工科院校“形势与政策”课程教学存在的问题主要表现为教学内容不够深入、教学方法比较陈旧、教学途径单一、学生内化困难较大等,并从课程价值认识、课程定位、课程管理、教师队伍状况、工科院校学生政治素质等方面分析了“形势与政策”课程教学实效性缺失的原因。 论文的第三部份提出增强工科院校“形势与政策”课程教学实效性的对策:一是改革教学方式,实现教师讲授与学生自主学习相结合、理论教学与实践教育相结合、传统媒介与现代媒介相结合;二是合理安排教学内容,挖掘适合工科院校的教学素材、紧密结合形势设计教学内容、规范教材体系建设;三是加强师资队伍建设,增强师资力量,合理调整师资结构,加强教师素质培训,建设一支专业知识水平较高、创新能力较强、结构合理的高素质教师队伍;四是完善考核的标准,坚持认知考核与认同考核相结合、终期考核与过程考核相结合、教师和学生共同参与的灵活的课程考核评价方式。
[Abstract]:As the "situation and policy" of the course of Ideological and political theory of college students, it is an important channel for college students to carry out ideological and political education. The situation and policy education for college students will help them to set up a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and help them form a sound personality, and cultivate a strong sense of social responsibility and a strong sense of social responsibility. Although many scholars have studied the effectiveness of the teaching of "situation and policy" from many angles, and many research results have been obtained, but the author has been widely used. It is found that the teaching and research of "situation and policy" in engineering colleges and universities is very rare. On the basis of the existing research, this paper uses investigation and research, literature analysis and the combination of theory and practice, combined with the status of college students in engineering colleges and the characteristics of school running in engineering colleges and universities, closely surrounding the situation and policy. On the basis of the problem of the actual effect of the teaching effectiveness of the course "situation and policy" in the new situation of the new situation, the subject of the effectiveness of curriculum teaching is fully analyzed. The reasons for the problem of the actual effect of the teaching of "situation and policy" in the engineering colleges and universities are deeply explored, and the course teaching of "situation and policy" in the strengthening engineering colleges and universities is put forward. A practical approach.
The thesis is discussed from the following three parts:
The first part of the thesis states the connotation of the teaching effectiveness of the course "situation and policy" and the significance of enhancing the effectiveness of the course. The teaching of "situation and policy", the improvement of the knowledge structure of the college students in engineering colleges and the improvement of the ideological and theoretical level, the world outlook of the college students in engineering colleges and universities, and the world outlook of the college students in engineering colleges and universities. The form of Chengdu has played a certain role in promoting the concept of life and values, and helps the college students to internalize their ideas in their practice and become the practical actions of the college students. The thesis is to improve the ideological and political quality of the college students in the engineering colleges and universities from adapting to the engineering colleges and universities, and to promote the "situation of the engineering colleges and Universities under the new situation." The significance of enhancing the teaching effectiveness of "situation and policy" in engineering colleges is expounded in terms of the development of curriculum construction with policy.
The second part of the paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons for the teaching of "situation and policy" in the current engineering colleges and universities. The main problems in the teaching of "situation and policy" in the current engineering colleges are that the teaching content is not deep enough, the teaching methods are old, the teaching path is single, the students' Internalization difficulties are large and so on. The value of knowledge, curriculum positioning, curriculum management, the status of teachers, the reasons of "situation and policy" course teaching effectiveness analysis of the lacking of engineering college students political quality.
The third part of the paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the teaching effectiveness of the course of "situation and policy" in engineering colleges and Universities: one is to reform teaching methods, to combine teachers' teaching with students' independent learning, to combine theory teaching with practice education, to combine traditional media with modern media; and two, to arrange teaching content reasonably and to dig suitable for engineering. The teaching materials of colleges and universities are closely combined with the situation to design teaching content and standardize the construction of the teaching material system. Three is to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, strengthen the teacher's strength, adjust the teacher's structure reasonably, strengthen the teacher's quality training, build a contingent of high quality teachers with high professional knowledge level, strong innovation ability and reasonable structure, and four perfect the assessment. The standard, adhere to the cognitive assessment and identification evaluation combined, the final assessment and process assessment combining curriculum evaluation flexible way of teachers and students to participate in.
