【摘要】：随着时代进步和社会转型,我国高等教育进入大众化发展阶段,学生管理工作也在不断变革、创新。原有的学生管理工作模式和方法难以适应高校改革和发展的需要,必须采取新的思路进行改革和创新。本文第一部分从理论层面分析了高校学生管理的原则与意义。第二和第三三部分主要介绍了宜春学院及其学生的基本情况、学生管理人员的基本情况和学生管理工作的主要内容,以及宜春学院学生管理工作存在的问题,指出了该校在对学生管理工作的思想认识、管理机制、管理水平和管理人员素质等方面存在问题。第四部分介绍了国外高校学生管理方法,并从中得到启发。第五部分从创新高校学生教育管理理念、完善高校学生教育管理体制、加强高校学生教育管理队伍建设、建立管理信息系统实现学生工作信息化等方面进行了对策分析。高校的学生管理工作直接影响着所培养人才‘的质量,影响着高校的和谐稳定。高校学生管理工作更是一个系统工程,作为一所地方性本科院校宜春学院在学生管理工作的改革过程中要充分考虑学生发展的特点,做到适应人性化、现代化的教育特点,适应当今高校的发展趋势。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the times and social transformation, higher education in our country has entered the stage of popular development, and the management of students is constantly changing and innovating. The original mode and method of student management are difficult to meet the needs of the reform and development of colleges and universities, so we must adopt new ideas to reform and innovate. The first part of this paper analyzes the principles and significance of college student management from the theoretical level. The second and third parts mainly introduce the basic situation of Yichun College and its students, the basic situation of student management personnel and the main contents of student management work, as well as the problems existing in the student management work of Yichun College. This paper points out the problems existing in the ideological understanding, management mechanism, management level and the quality of the management staff of the school. The fourth part introduces the foreign university student management method, and gets the inspiration from it. The fifth part has carried on the countermeasure analysis from the innovation university student education management idea, consummates the university student education management system, strengthens the university student education management team construction, establishes the management information system to realize the student work informationization and so on. The management of college students directly affects the quality of talents and the harmony and stability of colleges and universities. The management of college students is also a systematic project. As a local undergraduate college, Yichun College should fully consider the characteristics of students' development in the course of the reform of student management, so as to adapt to the characteristics of humanization and modernization of education. Adapt to the development trend of colleges and universities.
